*Chloe's POV*
I've been kinda depressed lately... life doesn't seem like it's worth it anymore I've been taking my pain out on my skin.

Today I have one class and then I could lay in bed all day and stare at the ceiling as usual. Everyone gave up on me they used to try and talk to me and get me to do things but now they don't make any effort.

As I was walking back to my dorm from class Chase stopped me "Hey Chloe I was wondering" he scratched the back of his neck "Maybe you'd like to go out with me tonight?"

I put my head down then looked back at him "Chase I don't see you in that way I'm sorry" i walked past him he grabbed my arm gently "Then don't think of it as a date think of it as.. two friends just hanging out?" he said with a warm smile on his face.

I smiled a bit back "Okay then sure" and walked back to my dorm.

I guess it will be good to go out and forget about Josh god just saying his name makes me hurt.

I told Mari and Ryan the news and they were excited they picked out my outfit because all I've been wearing were sweats for the last 2 weeks.

Josh hasn't made any effort to call me and same with me but I still talk to Tyler and Jenna a lot because they are my best friends and I'm not gonna pull a Debby.

Chase knocked on my door and I opened it he smiled "You look amazing" he put his arm around me and looked at Mari,Kitana and Ryan "I'll have her back around curfew okay?" they smiled and we left.

"So... who put you up to this Ryan or Kitana ?" I said playing with the ends of my hair he chuckled "I put myself up to this" he put his arm around me and gave me a hug.

We sat down at a vintage ice cream parlor and ordered milkshakes. I don't think of Chase in a boyfriend type of way and I'm kind of uncomfortable at this whole thought he's also a bit too young for me he's 19.

"Actually Chloe I don't wanna date you..." he said "Oh?" I replied confused

"No nothing's wrong with you it's just that my brother likes you I told him a lot about you and he was wondering if he could take you out?" he chuckled awkwardly

"Please?" he whispered

I sighed and thought about it our milkshakes came and I thought about it some more while we made some conversation. After a while I realized that maybe it would be good to date someone for a while and get my mind off of Josh.

I smiled while he talked about some truck he wants "What?" he said "Trucks make you smile?"

I shook my head and laughed "Ha no I was just thinking and tell your brother I'd love to go out with him" Chase smiled "Thanks man" it started getting really late and we shouldn't be out past curfew so we quickly ran to our dorms.

Chase walked me to my dorm "Thanks for tonight Chase I really needed it" we hugged and he ran down to his dorm.

I walked into my dorm and smiled tonight was actually fun and I was happy for a little bit Mari was sleeping so I hopped in bed and fell asleep too.

In the middle of the night my phone was nonstop beeping it was twitter blowing up, I opened the app and saw the hashtag #die chloe was trending people were tweeting and sending me death threats for breaking Josh's heart. But I didn't even do anything...I'm so scared what if someone actually tries to kill me ? I called Tyler and he picked up

"Chloe isn't it like 12 over there? you should be sleeping" he said chuckling

"Tyler check your twitter please" I said shakily he paused and then gasped

"Oh my god I gotta tell them to stop...Chloe don't respond to any of it let me talk to them" after a while I saw Tyler's tweets

I saw many people starting to apologize but there were still so many comments then my phone buzzed

I smiled and that's when I texted him I simply texted thank you and he responded

Spook: I miss you

How dare he? As I'm almost over him he does this shit? Is he playing some kind of game ? I was almost over him and plus i'm going out tomorrow I just need to clear my head I deleted his number and deleted every social media I need to get away...
