Chapter 22

Ella's P.O.V

Jack and I ended up going back to our spot with Natasha and Diego. "Go have fun, our turn to chill" Jack motioned them off and we took their place. "Hi" I smile and poke Jack's cheek. "You're a child" He laughs and glances at me.  "No, I'm Ella, you whore" I giggle and lean back in the beach chair. "Go with me to get a smoothie?" Jack asked and sat up. "Too far but get me one please, strawberry mango" I smile sweetly. Jack smiles and gets up, walking away.

Jack's P.O.V

I walk toward the smoothie stand and oddly see Sammy. I start to go up to him when I realize he's talking to Tasha. "Yeah, I know, she wouldn't, but maybe if it looks like Jack messed up again.." Sammy said. Natasha shook her head "You're a dumbass. Ella loves him. You'd be an asswipe if you thought breaking them up would do any good." Natasha sighed "I have to go find Diego, don't be an idiot" She walked off. 

I wasn't sure what to do but I was so angry I couldn't help it. I hit him in the back of the head and he turned around. "Fuck you" I hit him again. Sammy obviously started fighting back and we were in a full-on fist fight. Security began breaking us up. "I'd be way better to her than you" Sammy spat. Ella started running toward me. "Baby, what the fuck, what happened?" She rushed her words. "Why you gotta keep getting in fights" She chuckled. "Ella, I love you. You know I'd be better to you than this asshole could ever-" Sammy said and grabbed Ella's hand. She pulled it away.

I stepped forward but before I could do anything Ella pushed me back. "Come on, let's go clean you up... again" Ella interlocks our fingers and pulls me back to our spot. Natasha and Diego are already over there. "Sammy and Jack fought" Ella says and pushes my shoulders down so I sit.

Ella's P.O.V

"I told him not to do anything stupid, of course he does" Natasha says. "You have some wild friends" Diego laughs. I grab a towel and pour some water on it to clean up the bit of blood on Jack's face. "I love you by the way" I say and kiss his forehead. He half smiles. "I love you too princess" He stands up. "Wanna go on some more water slides before we get kicked out?" He asks. "Why are we getting kicked out exactly?" I stand up too and take his hand in mine. "Just gonna beat Sammy's ass n stuff" He shrugs. "No you're not. You're better than that" I lead him to this area where they dump water on people. 

Ranting about Sammy he doesn't notice when I put him on the x spot and pull the lever. Gallons of water fall down on him. "Ella Makayla Emiston" He yells. I giggle and start to backup. He grabs me by the waist, pulls the lever, and pulls me close to him. Water spills over us while I'm laughing uncontrolably. "Jack Finnegan Gilinsky" I yell. "Pay back babygirl" He whispers and I get chills. After a few more water slides we dry off, pack up, and drive home. "It's only 4?" Jack groaned as we sat down on the couch. "Take a nap, I'll wake you up to get ready before dinner." I say. Jack lays his head on my lap and I start playing with his hair until he falls asleep.
