**Alex’s POV*

"What do you want?" I asked turning around.

There he was, hanging out in the shadows of one of the trees. No wonder I didn’t notice him when I first walked into the area. I heard him chuckle and then he walked into the light. He had his classic smirk on his face as if he was up to something, and by the way he stood facing toward me, he looked completely at ease. Not at all worried that he was right by a tribe full of angry Indians, whose chief’s daughter he had once kidnapped. Actually, he looked pretty happy to see me, which was not exactly comforting.

"You know, you caused a lot of damage back at camp with a few of my lost boys." He stated. I rolled my eyes.

"Yea sure, well whose fault is that? It’s not like you actually have them trained properly." I replied with a small smile. Pan glared at me.

"Well then if you have decided to stay with this bunch then go ahead, just know that you’re not welcomed here Alex, and my lost boys will come after you, once they are back to their normal ways." Pan replied as he started to retreat back into the forest.

"How do the lost boys know James?" I asked putting my hands to my hips and watching Pan. He stopped walking and turned back toward me, showing a confused look on his face.

"What?"

"Don’t play dumb with me Pan, I know you now my brother James." I muttered as I glared at Pan. He gave a small smile and turned around again to face me completely.

"Oh yea, you mean the brother that is dead now in the war?" He replied with a wider grin. If looks could kill, Pan would have been dead on the ground by now.

"How do you about that? Have you been spying on my life like some pervert or what?" I asked as I balled my hands into fists, trying to control my anger at him.

Pan shrugged. "I wouldn’t exactly call it being a pervert, if I didn’t get the information from spying on you. I had someone else do that for me."

I thought to myself of everyone that I ever told about James death. Emmy? Yea like she would work for Pan. No its not her.. But who else did I tell? I thought. Then the truth hit me.

"Tink." I said quietly more to myself then to Pan, but of course he heard me and he chuckled to himself.

"Yea oh course it was Tink! Did you really think she would be dumb enough to go against me, when she has lived here for so many years knowing how powerful I am? I thought you were smarter than that to tell the truth Alex, but obviously you are not if Tink could fool you!" Pan exclaimed now circling me as I tried to understand everything in my head.

"Just face it Alex, you are here on a suicidal mission. Why are you here anyway huh? You left your family in a war alone, and here, you have done nothing but stay in cage and do nothing yet you still seem to want to stay here. What’s the reason for that huh?" Pan questioned me now stopping to look down at me.

I never thought of why I wanted to stay on this Island. I thought. Maybe it was because I hated being pushed to the side by my father and brothers so much during the war that it made me want to stay here. Or maybe I just wanted to be in the action and adventure and Neverland has that, and the real world doesn’t.
