Peters Pov
The next few days were spent with Alex dragging us back to the two trees and making us learn new tricks up in the trees. Some of which happened to be running up trees, being able to balance on weak branches, jumping from tree to tree, and the general ways of fighting while balancing on trees type of thing.
I was getting tired of going back to those trees and repeating the same thing over and over again, not to mention that my back has been killing me from the amount of times that I had to play "Trust Fall" and "Air Tag".
The longer I have to put up with all this, the closer I get to just killing her and ignoring how she got here. But I can't kill her, No not yet. If I do then I will never know how people keep coming on to my island without my agreeing with it.
Maybe I should just kill her now and then post a lost boy on the beach so that whenever someone appears, he will kill them for me. Yeah that seems to be a good plan. But wait what if he shows mercy on my unwanted visitors...
No it's too complicated. I'll just wait this one out until she has successfully told me all that I need to know and can finish training the lost boys. I need them to be trained, and just because I worked as a blacksmith at one point, does not mean I am skilled enough to teach them how to fight.
I continued thinking it over in my mind as I ate my breakfast this morning, but the longer I thought, the less I ate, and the more attention I captured.
"Wow, I never thought you would hate me so much that you would actually attempt to starve yourself." Came a voice from behind me. I looked around to find Alex, with her arms crossed, giving me a glare with her Knife in her hand.
"I'm not starving myself, I'm just too busy thinking about something that's all." I replied, eyeing the knife in her hand as she started to approach me.
"Well if you're not going to eat it then I will." She stated and with that, she put her knife back on her belt and grabbed the rest of the bird on my plate and started to eat.
"Didn't you already eat a bird this morning? I asked as she sat down next to me. She stopped eating and glared at me.
"No actually this would be my 3rd piece. Why does it matter?" She asked, raising her eyebrow at me as she spoke.
"I didn't know girls ate that much." I said quietly to myself, but of course, Alex heard me.
"You might find this surprising, but most girls, especially myself, are obsessed with food." Alex stated with a smile. She then continued to eat, completely forgetting that I was sitting right next to her.
"But don't girls worry about their appearance or something like that?" I asked, as I still watched Alex stuff her face with more bird.
She laughed and looked at me as if I was crazy, which I felt pretty uncomfortable about.
"Some do, but the ones, like myself who don't give a damn about what they look like, don't care and decide to enjoy themselves with food. Now why are you asking me all these questions? I didn't think you found girls interesting?" She asked, eyeing me as she spoke.
"I don't find girls interesting, you got that right. In fact, I hope soon you will be able to finish these lost boys training so that you can leave. That is, of course, when you also tell me how you got here." I replied and turned to face her again.
She ate the rest of her bird that was in her hand and then stood up with a smile on her face.
"Oh no problem there Pan, we are starting something new today, so I will be out of here in no time. As for how I got here, I guess you will have to wait a little longer." She said with a smile.
