"You said you wouldn't hurt him!" Nancy said, as me and her are talking in her living room.

"Nancy, he came to my house giving me trouble-"

"Don't lie to me Jonathan!" She shouted. "Will told me everything-"

"Will?" I said as I remembered he saw everything.

"He told me how Steve went to your door and you just... Hurt him!" She shouted, tears streaming from her eyes. It was silent for a while as I just laid my head low.

The only reason I got mad is because Nancy is my best-friend, I care about her a lot, and when she tells me she's been hurt by Steve, I can't help but get angry at him. The bastard.

Last year I did have feelings for Nancy. I always have ever since we were younger. In that week with Eleven and the Demogorgon, I wanted Nancy so bad. But after it all finished and she got with Steve again, I had to get over her. So that's what I'm trying to do.

A part of me doesn't love Nancy like that.

But a part of me still does.

"Jonathan." Nancy whispers, snapping me out my thoughts and making me look at her. "I know you're my best friend, and I'm sorry I've put you through all this pain-"

"Nancy, don't think like that." I said walking over to her. "I care about you so much, if someone where to hurt you, I'd go mad! I just don't want anyone to hurt you. Because... Well..."

"Well? Well what?" She said as I looked into her eyes. Was I about to say I love her?

"I love you." I said as Nancy froze and then I realised, she's still with Steve, but I don't care.

I can't take this any longer, my brain goes crazy. I lean in slowly and Nancy does the same, our lips meet in the middle and we exchange a kiss. I melted into it, and so did she. I pulled away looking at her, I instantly felt guilty.

"I-I'm sorry Nancy... You're still with... Oh my god..." I panicked.

"I'm breaking up with him." She said as I looked at her. "Because I love you too Jonathan." When she said that, she picked up her phone and dialed a number. "Hey! Steve? It's Nancy."

She actually loved me back. This is all too good to be true.

"Steve we're over. I can't have you keep abusing me all the time. We're done." Nancy said, hanging up. We looked at each other and laughed. She ran to me and kissed me. This time it was longer and sweet.

"What the..." We pulled away looking to the direction the voice came from. It was Mike. "I thought you was with Steve?"

"Just broke up with him..." Nancy said sheepishly.

"Now you're dating Jonathan?" He said as me and Nancy looked at each other.

"No! We're not dating." We said in unison as Mike rolled his eyes then nodded and walked back upstairs.

Me and Nancy laughed and sat on her couch, waiting for the others to arrive to save Eleven.

I walked back into my room, and again looking at my clock. 5:45pm. 15 minutes. I've eaten enough food and drank enough water to keep me from not dying of hydration or hunger.

It's obvious that Nancy and Jonathan have a thing going, I've shipped them for about 2 years. I need to get them together, maybe Will could help me.

All I could think about, besides that, is Eleven.

I could hold her again.
I could see her again.
I could kiss her again.
I can carry on loving her.
I've never been more determined in my life.

Some days I do wake up and think what is motivating me. Eleven? It's got to be her. If Eleven was completely dead, I would be a whole different person. I don't think I could live properly without her. Some days I do wish I wasn't alive, only because El isn't by my side. If she was, I'd have one reason to live, and that would be her.

I hear the doorbell ring, which distracts me from my deep thoughts. I run downstairs with all my gear on and I open the door to see Dustin, Lucas, Will and Joyce. I let them in and me and the boys talk about all our gear.

We all got given knives but I was the only one of the four to get a handgun. I think the boys got jealous...

"Why did you get a handgun?" Will asked.

"I wanted a handgun." Lucas mumbled.

"Well Eleven is his girl, am I right?" Dustin said as Will and Lucas gave him a glare and Dustin just nodded. "Okaaaay then."

15 minutes later
Me and Hopper rode in the same car. As Jonathan, Nancy and Will are in one. Joyce is with Dustin and Lucas.

"Hey kid." Hopper said to me as I looked at him.

"Yeah?"

"I just want to say, it's really sweet that you care so much about Eleven." He said looking at me as we stop at a red light. "I've never seen a kid your age act some calm yet loving about something like this."

"That's because nothing like this has probably happened to a kid my age." I said as he nodded.

"I'm going to try my best to save her." He said as I nodded.

"I know we will." I said bravely as Hopper drove on the green light.

Will
"I'm sorry I told Nancy." I randomly said in the car.

"You don't have to be sorry Will, it's nothing to worry about." Jonathan said, with a smile on his face.

"Really? I thought you'd get mad with me."

"He'd never get mad with you." Nancy said as she smiled at Jonathan. Okay, something's happened there...

We arrive at the destination and everyone steps out their cars and gets their weapons ready.

"Are you all ready?" Hopper said as we all nodded.

"Ready as I'll ever be." I said as me and Mike nod at each other.

"Let's get my girl." Mike said as we all walked into Hawkins Laboratory.

I'm not going to be on Wattpad for the next couple days because I am really sick :((
