Rowan's POV:

I look at him weirdly at to what he just said.  "Well are you gonna stand there and look at me or are you gonna sit down and eat?"  I sit down quietly and start to eat.

"Soooo about this morning when I left after reading all that stuff on that picture of us,  I just needed to think things through and figure out what I needed to do to keep you safe from all of our fans that-"  I cut him off.

"Gray I know you were upset but you don't have to prove to anyone what is going on with us.  It's your life live it how you want to.  I just want you to be happy and if you really wanna tell your fans what is going on then I will here, standing by your side through it because I lo- care about you a lot."  I grab my watermelon lemonade and mentally smack myself for almost saying that I loved him.  I look at him and he didn't seem to notice which was good because if he did I would probably wanna crawl in a hole and die.

He nods his head, "Ro I care a lot about you too and I don't want my fans to hate me even though I don't owe them an explanation on anything that happens in my life I just feel like I have to tell them this before it gets too out of hand."

"Yeah I completely understand, just how were you expecting to tell them?" He just looks at me and smiles, "How do you feel about being in one of our YouTube videos, plus Taylor will be there."

"What, you wanna tell your fans over a video introducing me as what, your friend that you sometimes kiss or-"

"No I'm going to introduce you as my girlfriend, if that is ok with you.  I mean I know we aren't dating right now but I know we will soooo, what do you say?"  I nod my head not really knowing what to say, but I guess it's as good a time as any to finally do this.

We finish up dinner and throw our trash away and walk out into the cool fall air.  He grabs my hand and I look down and look back up and smile at him.  

We walk towards the pier and decide to get tickets to go on the Ferris wheel.  We get in line and he bumps my shoulder still holding onto my hand.  I look up at him and smile and he smiles widely back at me.  I just love his smile, he doesn't really like it but its one of my favorite features of him.

"So Ro you didn't think it was weird that I want to introduce you as my girlfriend in a video?"

"No I mean I knew it was going to happen sometime but I thought it would be we were actually dating, ya know.  But if you want to tell the fans what they saw is real and true then I stand by you one hundred percent."  He smiles and kisses me on top of my head and pulls me into a big ol bear hug and whispers, "I really do love you Rowan and I know you don't want to say it yet but I know you feel the same way."  He lets go and we stand there holding hands in a comfortable silence waiting to get on the ferris wheel.

It's finally our turn to get on and he lets me go in first.  He sits on the opposite side of me and as we go up I look out at the ocean even though it's dark and you can barely see anything its still so peaceful and beautiful.  I look at Gray and see him starting to take pictures of me and I immediately cover my face because I look terrible from work and school. 

"Stop covering your beautiful face Ro."  He chuckles and slides over to my side and pulls me into his arms.  "Come on let's take a picture together so I have something to post about you when I tell everyone how beautiful my girlfriend is."  I turn red at him calling me his girlfriend because he said it with so much conviction while staring into my eyes, I felt like we were actually dating right then and there and I knew he wouldn't ever do anything to hurt me.  

We get off the ferris wheel and just walk around the pier talking about our goals and where we see ourselves in five years.  Even though we were just hanging out if was one of the best times I have had with any guy.  Everything was so simple but every little thing he did made me fall for him even more.  How is that even possible.
