Letter to Grayson on our Wedding Day:
Gray, we did it! I am marrying the love of my life and I can't tell you how amazing this feels. I'm nervous but most of all excited to see where life takes us as husband and wife. Two years ago we met by fate in Urth Cafe of all places. You were so nervous and I was a mess already with being overwhelmed with all the people coming in that day.
You are so special to me in so many ways Gray. When it comes down to it, you are the only one I want. You are the only one I can imagine myself with. Your hands are the only hands I want to hold. Your lips are the only lips I want to kiss everyday for the rest of my life. I want to fall asleep to your voice and your eyes are the only sight I want to wake up to. I think about you anytime a love song comes on radio and you're the last thought running through my mind before I drift off to sleep. You are the absolute only person I could see myself truly happy with.
When I was looking through some things to find inspiration to right this letter to you I found a quote that I thought fit nicely with our love story. It goes, "The best love is unexpected. You don't just pick someone and cross your fingers it'll work out. You meet them by fate and it's an instant connection, and the chemistry you two share is way above your head. You just talk and notice the way their lips curve when they smile or the color of their eyes and all at once you know you're either lucky or screwed."
I love you today and everyday Grayson and I can't wait to be your wife and grow old with you.
