A/N: Sweet, double update within a week! Hopefully, the last two chapters weren't too boring; there was quite a lack of action. Just trying to tie any plot holes so far. Next few chapters will lead up to the next arc. Anyways, leave a like and enjoy the chapter!

I woke up feeling refreshed. I sat up, stretching my arms before hearing a knock at my door.

"Miss Camille? It's time to go to school! Lily and I are here to help you get dressed," Felicity called out from outside. I gasped, feeling the magic book under my pillow.

"Just a minute!" I responded. I quickly took the book from under my covers and ran around my room frantically. I finally decided to put the book into my drawer, where I locked it with my key. I placed the key under my bed and ran to the door, opening it.

Felicity was outside, holding a bright yellow dress with white frills on it. Lily stood next to her in a matching outfit with Felicity. It was a tiny black dress, laced with white patterns and ribbons. She even had a white clip in her hair.

"Aw, you're so cute!" I squealed, picking her up. She smiled happily and hugged me back.

"Now, now, Lily. It is not good etiquette to be picked up by your mistress." Hearing that, Lily struggled a little until I put her down. She proceeded to put her best effort into a serious business face.

I pouted a little. "Come on, Felicity. Let me have a little fun!" I whined.

She sighed. "Well, alright." With that, Lily and I cuddled again for a full minute.

"Ok, let's get you dressed. You're going to be late for school."

"I don't understand why Lily can't come with me," I sighed, trying my best to look pitiful.

"Oh, I don't know. I wonder if it's because she's a maid? Or maybe because she's an elf and would be captured on sight!" Felicity practically yelled.

"But, but," I whined. Doesn't this feel a bit like déjà vu?

Felicity handed my bag forcefully. "Mistress Camille, GO TO SCHOOL! Have a nice day," she smiled pleasantly, then shut the door in my face.

"Che," I muttered. "I know you only want her for yourself." With that, I sadly walked to school.

I traced my footsteps, trying to actively remember roads in case anything else ever happens. My thoughts began to wander, about the book, about the girl, about my magic. Suddenly, whispers interrupted my thoughts.

Two girls were in a carriage beside me, and if I had walk faster, I didn't have to hear their words. But I was curious. However, in the next moment, I instantly regretted my actions.

"Hey look, it's Camille Calvert! Didn't she get kidnapped?" The brunette asked the girl who looked to be her sister.

"Oh yeah, I heard that too! Rumor has it, that she saved the Dark Prince?"

The first girl giggled. "Yeah right, like that weakling could have done such a thing. I bet she planned the whole thing just for Alex's attention." They both laughed in response.

I clenched my fists in anger. I had risked my life to save that spoiled prince's life, and now they're saying I did this all for attention? Why did girls have to be so mean? Just when I was about to retaliate, a voice spoke to me.

"Camille!" a sweet voice called. I turned around and seeing who it was, I gave a soft smile.

"Alice, good morning." The brunette had tied part of her hair up into a braid, as usual, a cheerful expression on her face. The girls next to me paled and quickly shut her door. I guess they didn't want their precious Alex to know of their interesting hobby of speaking behind people's back. Or is it besides?
