Chapter 13

*Sky's POV*

There I was, locked inside a empty cage. I sat there crying, having no idea where I am and how I got here. All I remember was dust being thrown into my face and then it was black out. I was so scared and frighten. I just wanted someone to come find me and rescue me. I began screaming help, hopefully so someone can find me trapped.

"Help, someone help!" I yelled, tears still rolling down my cheeks.

Out from the shadows appeared the girl who captured me and took me into the woods. I glared at her, standing up and kicking the metal bars.

"You crazy fuck, get me out of here!" I demanded.

She laughed evilly. Once she stepped into the light, I could see her face fully. She was the girl that I bumped into on the second day of school. I remember cause she had long black hair and her eyes were brown.

"What do you want from me?" I asked.

The girl stood in front of the cage and frowned, "Just shut up, that's what I want. All you girls do is whine and complain. It works my nerves!"

I frowned at her, "Once someone finds me here, you'll regret it in prison!"

Her eyes started changing to an emerald green color and her body began to form into something else. She was wolf, but not just any wolf...a werewolf. I gasped, after covering my mouth with shock. I took a few steps back, feeling very afraid and stood quiet. The girl opened the cage, walking in towards me with a loud growl. She grabbed me by the arm and throw me on the ground.

"You will listen to every word I say. Do you hear me?!" she yelled.

I nodded quickly, "Yes!"

"If not, you'll be sentence to death. I'll make sure it's slow and painful too!"

Suddenly, a deep voice had interrupted us both.

"That's enough, Valentine!"

The girl quickly changed back into her human form. She walked out the cage, shutting it close behind her and locking it. She faced towards an older boy and smiled.

"Oh, sorry Derek if I awaken your nap. I was just giving our new guest a warning!" she said, trying to pull it off.

Derek grinned at her, "Sure..."

He then walked up towards the cage, giving me a long stare that made me feel uncomfortable.

"So, your Scott's new girlfriend huh?" he asked.

I frowned, but then sighed. "No! Well, I don't know yet...he's still in love with his ex."

"Who? The idiot girl Allison?!" laughed Valentine, who stood beside Derek.

Derek pushed her and growled, showing his sharp fangs. "Knock it off!"

Valentine rolled her eyes, then walked off. "Whatever.."

I nodded, "Yeah, Allison..."

"Hmm, I see. Well, how about we change that?" he said.

I looked confused, "What do you mean?"

Derek opened the cage, shutting it behind him and walked towards me. I stood back a little, not sure what he was about to do. He gave me a toothy smile and put my hair behind my ear.

"How about I give you the bite?" he suggested.

I frowned, pushing him in the chest. "No, why? Get away from me!"

He walked back up, this time pulling me closer by grabbing my arm tightly. "You'll love it, I promise it'll hurt a little. Having the bite is the best thing ever and it'll change your life too good!"

"What do you mean change my life good? My life is fine, thank you!"

"Well, didn't you want to be with Scott?"

I looked down, biting my bottom lip. "Yeah..."

"Once you get the bite, you'll look ten times better than you usually look and become way popular than your friends. All attention will be on you and you'll beat Allison to Scott! So, what do you say Sky?" he smiled.

I thought about it for moment. Hearing Allison's name with Scott made me angry and I do want a change. I wanted to be with Scott and make Allison jealous, showing him I'm better. Derek had a point and I wanted the bite.

"Fine, I want the bite!" I said, crossing my arms.

"Before I do this, are you sure? Once I bite you, you cannot change or get rid of it!"

I nodded, "I'm sure!"

He smirked at me, leaning over to my neck and turning into a werewolf. "Great..."

Once I felt his sharp teeth pressing on to my neck, I began screaming. His kill was made.
