Chapter 21

*Stiles's POV*

Finally, the bell rung and History class was over. I quickly rushed out the classroom, heading my way down to Chemistry class. Not paying attention I bumped into Princess, knocking all her books on the ground.

"Oh, sorry Princess. Didn't see you there!"

She rolled her blue eyes, while crouching on to the ground to pick up her stuff.

"It's fine..."

"Here, let me help you!" I said, kneeling on to the ground picking up the books.

She took the books from my hand with a small frown and stood up.

"I think I got it, thank you Stiles!"

I watched her go down the hall, "Just trying to help!"

I always had a feeling that Princess never liked me. Maybe because in first grade, I accidentally squirted glue in her hair while doing a project. Yeah...I think that was it. Anyways, I crossed the hall to Chemistry class where I met Scott and Sky at the middle back table.

"Hey, sorry I'm late! I ran into Princess on accident and knocked all her books down. While trying to be a gentleman, I leaned down to pick them up. But, she wouldn't let me...it's like she gave me evil eyes!"

Scott made a chuckle, while putting his left arm behind Sky's chair. "Maybe she remembered the day in first grade when you purposely added glue in her hair!"

I rolled my eyes, while taking out my blue notebook. "Hey, it was an accident! I had no idea the glue was going to come out like that. She just happened to appear in front of me!"

Sky laughed, "Oh wow, it sounds like something Stiles would do!"

"Ugh!" I groaned.

*Sky's POV*

"Today, we are all going to do an experiment on plants. Each of you will find a partner quickly and grab a plant from off of my desk. Once you've done that, sit patiently for directions!" said the science teacher, Mr.Edwin.

Scott looked at me with a smile. "Wanna be partners or?"

I nodded, punching his shoulder playfully and got up to get the plant.

"Of course, Scott!"

After grabbing the small plant, I took my seat and began to closely observe it. It seemed to be a small fern and had a shade of dark green. I bet we're going to try to grow these, this will be a piece of cake! I looked at Scott and smiled.

"Ever grown a plant before?"

He shook his head. "Nope.''

"Are you serious?! You got to be kidding me Scott!"

He chuckled with cute a smile.

"No, I'm honest!"

I patted his back. "Man, there's a lot I gotta teach you! Back in Puerto Rico, my Nana had a beautiful garden in her back yard. I would come over every Saturday to help her grew all her fruits,vegetables, and flowers!"

"Really? How cool!"

"I know, but I never grow a fern before. This will defiantly be new for me! It shouldn't take long though since it's a small plant." I said, while observing the fern.

"Okay, now, one of your parnter's have to record the plant's data. While the other partner water or feed the plant! I suggest you all make a schedule so, you can keep track on which day." said Mr.Edwin.

"How about I keep data, while you water the plant!" said Scott.

"Uh, how about I keep data and you water?" I smirked, while grabbing the red cup of water and handing to him.

I grabbed the cup, feeling a bit worried. I could tell he was nervous and sat my hand on top of his with a warm smile.

"Don't worry, relax. It'll be okay!"

"Now, the partner with the water may add a few pours into the plant. Remember, not to much. You don't want to drown your plant!"

I watch Scott slowly pour the water inside the pot. I started measuring it with the small ruler and then copied it's data.

"Okay, stop!"

"Well, that seemed easy!" he smiled.

I smiled back, "Told ya so!"
