Chapter 19

*Scott's POV*

It's passed 5:00 going on to 6:57pm. Me and Stiles were waiting patiently inside my room for Derrek to appear. I started pacing back and forth, calling his phone repeatedly.

"Where the hell is he?!"

Stiles walked up to the window, looking for Derrek or a sign of his car. "I have no idea, this isn't like him at all."

Suddenly, the bedroom door opened and it was Derrek. Me and Stiles both ran up, glad to see him but pissed in a way.

"Dude, where were you? You suppose to be here earlier!" I said, looking a lot worried.

"I'm sorry, I was handling some business.." he said, sitting down on my bed and turning on his phone.

"Are you telling me, your phone was off the whole time while I was calling?!"

"And, why do you smell like girl perfume?" Stiles added.

Derrek looked at us both, but then turned his head facing the window. "I was ummm...."

Me and Stiles looked at each other with a wide smirk. Derrek is hiding something from us, but we both have an idea what it is.

"Who's the girl?" I asked.

Derrek looked at us confused, trying to play it off. "What girl?"

Stiles rolled his eyes, then sat beside him. "Come on Derrek, we know you were with a girl earlier."

"No I wasnt!"

"Then, why do you smell like Bath and Body Works?" I asked.

"And, you have a kiss mark on your cheek! Seems like it's lip gloss." Stiles added.

Derrek began to feel irritated and stood up with a frown. "Alright, you caught me!"

"So, it was a girl?!" I asked, looking a lot stunned.

"Since when you started to date?" Stiles asked.

"I kinda forgot her name but, let's just say we had sex..." he answered.

Me and Stiles eyes had both widen. "Say what?!"

"I know, I know."

"Well, what does she look like?"

"Was it good?"Stiles asked.

I punched Stiles in the arm, frowning at him and meaning to tell him to shut up. I looked at Derrek, anxious to hear what happened and who was this mystery girl.

''Well, she had curly light blonde hair. Her eyes, man they're just beautiful;the color of light blue."

Stiles lift an eye brow, "Princess?!"

"What the hell were you doing over there?" I asked, looking very specious.

Derrek looked down, feeling embarrassed but smiled a bit. "I decided to stop by and visit, that's all. Then, she got all freaky and asked to stay for a while. I swear, I didn't hurt your precious friend in any way!"

Stiles smiled, clapping his hands and gave Derrek a nice guy hug. "My boy, that's what im talking about. I never knew you had it in you Derrek!"

"What you thought, werewolves cant have any fun either?" he said smirking.

"Well, since your now here we can go into the woods and find Mimi!" I said.

We all rushed down stairs and got inside of Derrek's car, as we drove off into the woods.

*Mimi's POV*

There I was, hiding behind a large tree. Its midnight and I was starting to transform into something weird. This was new and I didn't know what was happening. I began screaming, screaming to the top of my lungs. I looked down, seeing claw's growing into my nails. What is this? Next thing you know, I'm on all fours and my body was now in a dog form. I wasn't just a dog, I was a coyote wolf dog. Something very strange, but I remember this happening to someone else long ago. Her name was, "Maliya" a old friend of mines from grade school. Could she be the one that bit me?

I started rushing around through the woods, running on my four legs. My brown eyes were shifted into a bright green, as they glowed into the night. I growled quietly, looking around. Fireflies started soaring above me, as if they were my flashlight. I continued to run and run, having no idea where I was going. I wanted to go home, but didnt have a clue how to get out of the woods. I came to a stop after seeing a large light appear. A car pulled up, I quickly hid between two bushes and got down. Three guys got out the car. I noticed the two, they were Scott and Stiles. Who was the guy that was with him though? I began to feel curious and moved in closer into the scene.

"What are they doing here? Were they looking for me all this time??" I thought.

*Derrek's POV*

We began searching around the woods, calling Mimi's name and hoping she's still alive. While walking, a strange scent had came under my nose. I sniffed twice and came to a stop, with Scott and Stiles standing behind me clueless.

"What is it?" Scott asked.

I turned around, facing them. "We're not alone, there's another!"

Out of no where, a dog appeared. It seemed to be frighten, but continued to growl as it came close. I quickly examine it. It had a mixture of a wolf and coyote. I have seen one of these before and was taught that these things were dangerous. I started to transform and roar at the strange creature. I was ready to kill if it came closer.

"What is that thing?" Stiles asked, stepping back a bit and feeling frighten.

"It's a mixture of a wolf and coyote. Both of you, stand back while I rip into pieces. These things are known to be very dangerous!" I said, showing out my claws and teeth.

Just before I was about to kill the strange dog, Scott jumped in front of me.

"Wait!" he said.

*Scott's POV*

I walked towards the wolf like dog, staring at it in the eye. The dog started walking backwards, feeling very afraid. I reached out my hand, trying to calm it down.

"No no no, shhhh....I'm not going to hurt you!" I said.

The dog started to growl and then roared at me, showing it's teeth and fangs. This was defiantly not a normal dog and Derrek was right. It does seem dangerous, I noticed it's eyes glow. I slowly transformed, glowing my eyes as well. We both stood still, playing the staring game. Finally, something hit me. This wasn't just any wolf coyote....it was Mimi trapped inside...

"Mimi?"

The wolf coyote stopped glowing it's eyes and took off like the wind. I changed back to my human self, running after her.

"Mimi, no wait!" I yelled.

I could hear Derrek and Stiles yelling out my name from behind. I ignored them, continuing to run after Mimi. Man, she was fast and I eventually slowed down and got tired. I stood on top of a hill, watching her disappear inside the shadows. Where is she going and why is she running away from me? This was defiantly going to be hard for me to explain to her parents.
