Chapter 17

*Sky's POV*

(Monday)

It's Monday morning, I got out the bed and got ready for school again. Today I wore something simple, a pair of black tight skinny jeans and a "I Love Pink" Victoria Secret shirt. I decided to wear a nice pony tail and added a cute pink bow on top. Once I had all my school books, I rushed downstairs. I could smell french toast in the air and went inside the kitchen. My dad was already at work, so my mom offered to take me to school instead of letting me walk.

"Good morning baby, I made your favorite!" she said, handing me a plate of french toast covered in sweet syrup.

I smiled, taking the plate and sat at the table. "Thanks, mom!"

She walked over towards the stove, making another pan of french toast. While it was cooking, she turned and faced me with a wide smile.

"So, who's the boy?" she asked.

After swallowing a piece of my french toast, I looked at her and tried hiding my smile. "Uh, no one mother!"

"Then, how come I over heard you talking on the phone with Princess. His name is Scott right?"

My eyes widen, I nodded slowly. "Yeah..."

She walked over, hugging me. "Well, when will I meet this guy?!"

I chuckled a bit, but then looked down with a sigh. "Well, that's a good question. I dont know mom, he still seems like he has feelings for someone else..."

"Like who?"

"His ex girlfriend Allison, who I'm kinda friends with. Deep down I feel like she hates me a bit..."

My mother held my hand and looked in my eyes. "Don't ever say that, she doesn't hate you. I mean, you guys seem to be great friends. Don't ruined it over some guy! Besides, Scott isn't the only boy you'll meet here you know"

I nodded, but then started to smile and blush a bit. "I know but, he seems perfect. His hair, looks and smile shows it all. Not to mention, his adorable brown eyes!"

My mother smiled, "I remember when I first laid eyes on your father..."

I rolled my eyes, starting to grab my books and headed out the door. "Matter of fact, I think I shall go. Walking seems better and gives exercise!"

"Your sure, sweetie? I can start up the-"

"Yup, I'm sure!" I shouted, before shutting the front door behind me.

Im glad I left, because usually when she tells me stories about her and my dad that sounds gross. YUCK!

*Scott's POV*

Me and Stiles had entered inside the school building. This time, we weren't late and actually came to school early enough before the tardy bell. I came to my locker, taking off my jacket and grabbing one of my math books. Just before I closed my locker, I smelled a familiar scent. It was the smell of warm sweet jasmine perfume. I turned around and there, I saw Sky. I smiled lovingly and hugged her.

"Hey, Sky!"

She hugged me back, giggling and smiling. "Hey, I'm assuming you heard me behind you? I bad sneaking up on people!''

I laughing, "Nah, it's just that I remembered your perfume smell. You smell nice and look pretty today by the way..."

I spotted her cheeks turning red, smiling at her cute blush and noticing her dimples. She looked down, trying to hide that shy loving smile. I took my finger, lifting up her chin and tried going in for a kiss but, the bell rung and ruined the great moment. "Dammit!" I thought.

"Well, I better leave and go to Spanish class!" she said.

I looked confused, "But, don't you already speak Spanish?"

"Yeah, but they said I'm still required to learn. It sucks huh? But, I'll see you in Chemistry next period!"

With that, she hurried off to class. I waved bye, then followed Stiles to Math. I was so close to kissing her, something always ruin our good moment! Maybe we aren't meant to be...

*Princess's POV*

I'm sitting in the back of Spanish class, doodling inside my notepad. I suppose to be taking notes, but who needs notes if I got Sky sitting beside me who already know's the Spanish language. So, I began drawing hearts with me and Derek's name in bubble letters. I just sat there, smiling like an complete idiot and chuckling to myself. Sky happened to look over, noticing my drawing and grinned.

"What are you doing, Princess?" she asked.

I quickly covered my drawing, throwing my Spanish book on top of it. "Oh, nothing Sky. Just spanish notes of course!"

She could easily sense that im lying and removed the book off my drawing. "Aha!"

I started blushing, but frowned and threw the book back on my notepad. "Okay, so you caught me! Want a cookie then?"

"So, you like Derek huh? You just met him, I just met him!" she said.

I rolled my eyes, but then went back to drawing on the notepad. "So, he's different. He's not like these other jerks out here! He know how to treat his girls and I like that.."

"Maybe you too should go out on a date then. Why not ask him?"

I looked at her with a small gasp. "Are you crazy Sky?! That would never happen!"

"Why you say that?"

I looked down, staring at my notepad and sighed. "What if I'm not the one... what if he love someone else?"

I noticed Sky's sigh, seeing her looking around and feeling the same way. "Tell me about it" she whispered to herself.

"I knew it!" I grinned.

She looked up at me confused. "What do you mean?"

"Your in love with Scott, Allison's ex boyfriend!"

I could see her starting to blush, as she quickly turned her head away from me. "No! Well, what about you. You like Derek!"

I shrug my shoulders. "So?"

"The point is, I rather stay single. I mean, like you said I don't know if he feels the same way about me!"

I smirked, "Come on Sky, it's obvious that you two are in love. I mean he talks about you, you talk about him. All the Juniors are talking about it, you guys would make a cute couple! But, you sure if it's okay with Allison. She might still have feelings!"

"I doubt it, she act like she was over him, while we were at Red Lobsters last week" she said.

"I guess, but you should still check. I don't want you starting trouble already, this is your first year being here!"

She rolled her eyes, then started taking notes from the board. "I know, I know.."

I also went back to doing my work, trying to keep my mind from off of Derek. I must see him again, but how? I have no idea where to contact him or where he lives. Maybe I could ask Scott or Allison both. I know for sure they know. I have to find out and ask during lunch.
