*Zach's POV*

"What a interesting family reunion we have here!" I grinned, while circling around Derrek.

"Zach Hale..." whispered Allison, who stood quietly behind.

"What do you want? I thought my father banished you guys away from here long ago before the fire!" frowned Derrek.

"Yes, he did. But, now since he's burnt into ashes, this part of the woods is ours!"

Derrek growled, pushing me up against a tree and was ready to slash my throat open. He lift is claws into the air.

"You dont belong here!" he yelled.

I smirked, "Go ahead...kill me in front of your werewolves. We all know you don't have the balls! Besides, killing a family member would be something to later regret on. Now, wouldn't it?"

Derrek stood still, slowly letting his grip from off of my shoulders. I stood, pushing him hard aside with a chuckle.

"I knew you wouldn't do it! What a soft Alpha you are!!"

A young teenage girl with curly blonde hair and crystal blue eyes walked up. She pushed me, causing me to lose my balance and fall on to the ground. I stood up and growled.

"He's not a weak Alpha, leave him alone!" she yelled.

With my sharp claws, I smacked her aside.

"No one tells me what to do or push me aside!" I yelled.

"PRINCESS!" Derrek yelled, running straight towards her to help her up.

"Well, it seems like Derrek has developed a love interest. How cute!" I laughed.

Just then, I was being pulled by the arm. It was Mimi, my partner in crime.

"Come on Zach, lets just go. They anit worth fighting for!" she frowned.

I looked at her, "Your right..."

I thought for moment and stood quiet. I turned away from her, facing Derrek and the rest of his pack.

"I will return back soon with a bigger army. Be prepared, this will be the bloodiest battle yet! Oh, and Derrek...tell my father Peter I said hi."

With that, me, Mimi, and the other coyotes disappeared inside the darkness.

*Derrek's POV*

After they left, I helped Princess up to her feet. I noticed a long claw mark on the side of her face with pouring blood. It made me angry, so I screamed loudly. Allison, Scott, and the others walked up.

"Princess, are you alright?" Lydia asked.

"We need to take her to the hospital. My mom would know what to do to cure the scratch!" said Scott.

"We need to hurry, the wound is bleeding fast!" said Allison.

I picked up Princess, carrying her as we all walked out of the woods to the school's parking lot. This was all my fault.
