Chapter 25

*Derrek's Pov*

There I was, walking around the woods with Princess close by my side. It was getting dark fast, which means we had to hurry and find Mimi before it gets too late.

"Where would she even be?" Princess asked.

Just before I was about to say something, a loud howl had interrupted our conversation. It was a call from Scott, calling us for back up. I grabbed Princess's hand, as we both ran back towards the direction of the howl.

"Come on!"

"Slow down!" she said. "You know I cant run fast like you werewolves!"

I ignored her, there was no point of slowing down since we were already there. A medium sized coyote was standing right in front of Scott, Stiles, and Sky. It was showing it's large sharp fangs, growling loudly as if it was preparing to attack them any minute.

I quickly transformed into a werewolf and ran up, pushing the coyote on to the ground. Just then, Issac, Ethan, and Aden appeared. They helped me attack the beast, by biting and scratching it with our sharp claws and teeth. The Coyote yelped and whined, but dared to fight back by scratching us in the face. Eventually, it started barking. It seemed like it was calling for it's back up. There was more and I could hear ten other barks from miles away. This wasn't good.

*Allison's POV*

"Just admit Allison, we're lost aren't we?" asked Lydia.

I frowned, while rolling my eyes. "No, we're not for the fifteenth time Lydia. I know where we are, we just gotta figure out which way is the exit!"

"Yup, we're lost...ugh!"

"Calm down, maybe I could call Scott and see where they are!" I said, pulling out my black IPhone.

I quickly dialed the number and put it on speaker. It rung a few times and went straight to his voice mail. I called again and it did the same thing. This wasn't like Scott at all, he usually answer my call right away. I wonder if their okay or not, this worries me now.

Lydia walked up, "Well? Did he answer??"

I shook my head, sliding my phone back in my pocket while staring down at the ground.

"No, this isn't like Scott at all. He always answer his phone!"

"Hmm.."

"We gotta go find them Lydia.''

"What? In the dark woods?? Hell no, there's predators around!" she said with a frown.

I started walking ahead, not caring less if she gets left behind.

"Fine, suit yourself then. Don't come crying when you get lost!"

She looked around for a minute, then quickly ran up behind after hearing a owl "Hoo".

"On second thought, I think I may join!"

I chuckled, "Great!"
