I like typing in a keyword and scrolling through books from the top.
Sometimes I type in 'Harry Potter'.
Sometimes I type in 'Problems'.
Sometimes I just let Wattpad take me wherever it wants.
I come across some books that point out problematic stuff about fandoms, fanfics, general stuff.
I really love reading them.
I minor in Politics. More specifically, Political philosophy.
My favorite professor teaches Public Philosophy, and public philosophy is all about discussion and sharing ideas and learning how to make a better society.
So, I love reading what people think.

But as I said in a couple of chapters before, some of them, I get frustrated with. Because the person who wrote it didn't think it through.
They didn't consider that what they said wasn't an 'opinion', it was just a hate speech.
You aren't supposed to say,

'I saw a book that literally said these words! No!!! You can't do that!! Stfu!!!!! Look!!!! I took a screenshot!!!!!!'

No.
Using swear words? Making fun of them behind their backs?
That's bullying.

'But I didn't leave a comment!!!!!!!! I just took a screenshot with the author's username in it!!!!!! They don't know about it!!!!!!!!!'

Do you not see the problem here?
Even if you don't go leave a comment on that persons book, you let all of your readers know how to.
Congratulations, you have become a bully.

Love is a very personal subject.
Sometimes I come across books that have the character kiss their love interest 5 seconds after meeting them.
Do I swoon? No.
Why? Because I haven't experienced 'love at first sight'. My boyfriend might have. But I didn't.
But that's just me. What if the author had that experience? What if they were writing out of pure memory?
Have you asked?

I met my first boyfriend in elementary school. We went to the same cram school, we were friends.
We went to different junior highs, I went to a girls private school, he went to a boys private school. We met again at my school festival. I was 14.
We started dating after going to music shops together, watching movies, and discussing school for 2 months.

5 years.
That's how long we dated.
I thought we were going to grow up, get married, have the perfect family.
But no. We didn't.
Because he changed after he got into college, he wasn't the sweet, hardworking boy who talked about the future and wrote bad love songs.
He wasn't the boy I loved anymore.
He dyed his hair silver and green.
He got multiple piercings.
He started ditching lectures, and he bragged about it.

What if your favorite ship went through something like that?
I can see multiple comments,
'But he loves you!!!'
'NOOO!!!!1!!1'
'You're making a huge mistake!!!!!'

Really?

Well, what if the girl started dating someone else in less than a year, and that person was 9 years older than her?
What if, that person started asking her out before he even knew her name, and he said that it was 'love at first sight'?

What would you say?

All of that, it's real.
I've been with my boyfriend for 2 years now.
We love each other very much.

I understand why people would leave those comments, and believe me, I'm not encouraging others to have a messed up history. I just want you to know, don't comment every single thing that crosses your mind.
The author worked hard.
