Waking up the next morning i smell bacon and pancakes cooking. Automatically making my mouth water from the deliciousness. Getting out of bed i grab my towel and my phone. Setting my phone on the dock i turn on my shower playlist and hang my towel before stripping out of my clothes and putting them in the hamper. Turning around i turn the shower on full blast then get in.
Eww my hair smells bad i think to myself before grabbing my vanilla scented shampoo and squirt it all over my hair. Scrubbing my hair i start singing along to Female Robbery by The Neighbourhood. When I'm done shampooing my hair i squirt some conditioner on it rubbing it in and letting it sit while i wash the rest of my body. When in the world did i get this dirty? Finally getting out of the shower i wrap my towel around my body and grab the remote to the dock turning the music up. Going to my dresser i grab some under garments before going to my closet and picking out some dark blue jeans, a tribal patterned sweater, above ankle adventure time socks and maroon colored Doc Martins. Putting on my clothes i rub some curl moisturizer in my hair and spray it before going downstairs for breakfast.
"Hey mom, hey dad" i say politely while grabbing a plate and loading it up with tons of bacon and 2 pancakes. Sitting at the island i start digging in. Why is it so quiet? Looking up i see my parents staring at me.
"Whats wrong? Is there something on my face?" I say automatically touching my face.
"Nothings wrong, theres just something different about you sweetie" my dad says looking at me funny. Looking over at my mom i see her looking a little pensive. Uh oh, guess Im going to tell him some time or another.
"Well....you see daddy. Ummm, i may have found my mate" i say really quickly but i can already see my dad going into alpha father mode.
"Who is he? Whats his name? Whats his rank? Is he even a werewolf? Why didn't you tell me?" my dad says blasting me with questions.
"Dad chill. His name is Matt. Yes he's a werewolf and i didn't tell you because i knew you would freak out then ask to meet him."
"Of course I'm going to want to meet him. I need to see if this boy is good enough for my daughter. I wont have some stupid pup messing with your heart."
"Dad everything is fine. He wouldn't do that to me. Mates don't treat each other like that." i say before telling him everything about Matt. Making sure to leave out the bad parts and the sexual parts for obvious reasons.
"Well......i don't like the fact that you're growing up so fast but i can tell from your eyes that you really like him and as long as he makes you happy then i wont object." my dad says before i run up and attack him with hugs and kisses. "I'm still going to want to meet him Rose so don't go getting too excited. I can also tell from your mothers lack of shock that you told her first"
"I understand dad and yes i did but here me out. She's mom and she figured it out first so i really didn't tell her."
"Mhm, well finish your breakfast we all have to go to a meeting soon." He says before picking up my mom and walking out of the kitchen. Eww gross they're probably going to make-out. When I'm finished eating i wash my dish and go back upstairs to my room to put on some lotion and makeup. When im done with all that i grab my bag and go downstairs to where my mom and dad are waiting by the front door.
"Ready?" my mom asks while dad sets the house alarm.
"Yupperz" i say skipping out of the house and into the car. From the car window i can see my mom asking to drive and my dad saying no. I start rolling my eyes because i know my mom is going to end up driving anyway because he can never say no to my mom. I open my bag and take out my phone and put my headphones in just as my mom opens the drivers side door and my dad the passenger side. Knew it.
A few minutes later I'm zoned out in the back seat playing flappy bird and listening to music when my dad reaches back and pulls one of my headphones out.
"Hey!" i yell looking up, killing my bird in the process. Dammit i just got to 17!
"We are here now so get your lazybutt out of the car." my dad says laughing. Turning i look out the window and freeze, my insides turning cold. OMG NO! Getting out of the car i close the door before asking.
"Wh..Why are we at the Alphas house?"
"He's who we have a meeting with. He wants to meet us as a family to introduce and welcome us to the pack." my mom says walking over and standing next to my dad who takes her hand in his. Walking behind my parents trying to hide myself we go up to the door. My dad rings the bell and as we wait i can feel myself getting sicker and sicker. This is so not going to go well. Especially since my dad just found out i have a mate. Now he has to find out that he just so happens to be the alpha of the entire freaking pack. Jeez man! Matt opens the door and my dad introduces us.
"Hello I am Cy White and this is my wife Molly and our daughter Rose. We are here to meet the Alpha of your pack." Watching Matts face from behind my parents i can see momentary shock and then he regains his composure.
"You are currently Mr. White, I am Alpha Matt LaVanWay. It is nice to finally meet you and your family." Matt says politely while shaking both my parents hands. Stepping around them to stand next to my mate i take a deep breath before saying....
"Mom and dad i would also like to take this moment to introduce you guys to my mate. Matt these are my parents Cy and Molly White."

But anyway hey guys I'm sorry for the ridiculously long wait for an update but i hope this update can sort of makes up for it :) I know how it is when the story you're hooked on hasn't been updating and you're just sitting there like "OMG WTF UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!" But anyway lets see not much has happened i just had some writers block over the new chapter and i really couldn't find the time to actually sit and type up the next chapter. Please continue to read, comment and vote on my story :] Could we try and maybe get 5 votes before the next update??
