Youre My Mate?

Chapter 23

Shock is an understatement for the looks my parents were giving me. They had a look on their faces that showed so many emotions. Happiness? Anger? Fear? Shock? Love? Proudness? It was hard to pick just one.

"Wha...What did you just say? I obviously wasn’t hearing you correctly because it isn’t possible that my daughter is our new Alpha’s mate. No way." my father was saying. Does he think I’m not good enough to be an Alpha’s mate? Hearing my thoughts Matt wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me to his chest, growling lowly.

"Oh shut up Cy you heard her right" my mother says smiling so big I think her face is going to implode.

"Sweetie, it’s not that I’m not happy it’s just that we just moved here and what if he's just using our little girl." my dad says glaring at Matt which makes Matt step in...

"Mr. White I can assure you that I’m not using Rose." I start smiling and turn and look at him while he continues talking, "I know it’s really early but I already can tell that I love your daughter. She's like the air that I breathe and the blood that pumps my heart. Her being around me can instantly calm me down and make my day brighter. I would never hurt her. She's everything to me." Matt says to my dad but is looking straight into my eyes. His words are making my heart swell with love and happiness. I didn’t know he felt like that about me. But one thing is for sure I love him too. I hear my dad clear his throat which startles me out of my trance and I turn towards my dad.

"Well I can tell that you aren’t lying and from the way you look at each other I know that what this is is real. You better not hurt her or I’ll be the last thing you see before your heart is ripped out of your chest. I don’t care if you’re my Alpha or not." my dad says.

"Yeah, you better not hurt my girl!" my mom says before leaning over and whispering into Matt's ear while I go over and hug my dad. When my mom is done Matt looks absolutely terrified. I wonder what she said to him. Shaking it off I go back and take my place next to Matt.

"Well now that this is all sorted out I expect you'll want Rose to move into the pack house? I'm also assuming this means you’ve accepted us into your pack Alpha." my dad says

"Yes I do and of course" Matt says.

"Fine, but Rose you better make sure you call me and your father sometimes and don’t forget to visit."

"I wouldn’t dream of it mom" I said.

"Okay, well me and your mom are going home now so are you coming with us to get your stuff and car now or later" my dad asks me.

"Hmmm, I think I’m going to come later. If that pleases you guys?"

"Yeah its fine sweetie me and your dad might go out for lunch anyway." my mom says.

Standing on the porch Matt and I watch my mom and dad drive off and all I can think about it not that I’m moving into the pack house or that my parents took that better than expected. But, that my mate loves me and that I love him too. Once, their car is out of sight I turn in his arms.

“I love you too.” I say to him smiling before I pull his head down to mine and kiss him senseless.

Sorry this update is short :x but the next update is going to be longer and also r-rated so if you don't like that stuff then skip that chapter.

i also wanted to update because you guys are awesome and thank you for all the votes.  That made me feel better about my story because i was pretty sure only like 2 people actually read and liked my book.
