Hoping into the car I take the passenger seat and say hello to all the girls.
"So where are we going to eat?"
"Shades" Saph says like I'm supposed to know what that place is.
"Uh..What is Shades? Do they sell tacos?"
"Oh! I forgot you're new to town. It's this local restaurant in town that everyone goes to. I don't think they have tacos sadly but their chicken wings are really good."
"Hmm okay. Hey you guys want to hear this amazing song?"
"Is it a stupid band?" Kate asks
"Well, I don't think so. They really don't have a lot of music out."
"Or is it like country?" Kylee asks
"Eww god no. I hate country music. Except, Wanted by Hunter Hayes that's like the only country song I will listen to. Now can i just play it or not!." i say laughing
"Sure, just disconnect my phone from the stereo and plus yours in" Saph says while turning on her blinker. Grabbing my phone I plug it into the stereo and play Pirouette by Made In Heights, turning it up.

By the time the song is over we are at the place called Shades. Unplugging my phone from the stereo we get out of the car and head inside.
"So what did you guys think of the song?"
"I liked it" Saph said
"Me too" Kate Said
"it was okay" Kylee said
"Kylee thats only cause if its not Tool or A Perfect Circle you don't like it."
"That's only because the lead singer is a god!!" Kylee yells back at me which makes me roll my eyes.
"Whatever you say Kylee. I just think you're obsessed."
"No! Tanner said he wants to fuck his vocal cords. Not the man. Just his vocal cords."
"That sounds painful." Kate says laughing.
The inside of Shades looks pretty regular except there are a whole bunch of cartoon frogs everywhere so I'm guessing that's the logo or something. Taking a seat on the inside of the booth Saph sits next to me and Kylee and Kate sit on the other side. Looking over the menu i decide to order a chicken and bacon salad with dressing and all the toppings on the side because I don't like the carrots and purple cabbage that come in salads. So, i pick them out before i eat it. Kylee and Saph both get turkey melts and Kate orders a plate of french fries.
"So, have you and Matt done anything yet?" Kate asks right off the bat making me blush a deep red.
"OOOOOOO they have! Spill!" Kylee practically shouts across the restaurant.
"Shhhh!" i whisper yell " We haven't had sex yet,geez. I mean yeah the mate bond is strong and yeah i want to but.."
"but....?" Saph asks
"I don't really want to rush things. I want to get to know the man behind the rocking body. Kinda sappy, i know."
"Its not sappy...okay maybe a little but that's what I did with Tanner" Kylee says and everyone else nods.
"Well if you haven't had sex then why did you blush so hard? What are you hiding, hmmmm?" Saph says looking at my suspiciously. Dammit i thought i got away with it.
"Ummm, well hes been down on me" i say looking over at the salt shakers and sugar packets.
"HA! I knew you weren't so pure" Saph says laughing which makes the whole table bust out laughing. Just then our food arrives and we start to dig in. Or at least they do i start picking out the carrots and purple cabbage.
"So, you've returned the favor Rose?" Kate says through a mouth full of fries and ketchup. Girls eat just like guys especially us werewolf girls.
"Well, I was going to but like there wasn't any discussion or ability for me to go down there when its happening to me. If you understand what i mean" i say giggling before adding all the toppings to my salad and digging in.
"Well on a different subject! How do you feel about him?" Kylee asks before taking a sip of her Pepsi.
"He makes me have butterflies in my tummy and when I look at him it makes me so happy. I already know that I love him and I don't care about his past. Waking up next to him this morning was better than anything I've ever experienced and his smile just makes me want to melt. You guys may see him as the big and bad alpha who's also a player. But, you don't see the other side of him. I cant wait for you guys to see what i see in him." I say smiling so hard my face starts to hurt so i drink my caramel frappe.
"That's so cute!" Kate says giggling.
"Ehh, he just better not hurt you or us girls will be going after him." Saph says which Kylee nods in agreement to.
Finishing up our food and drinks we talk about less heavy stuff like favorite things, music, games, tv shows, etc. I decide to pay for everyones meals and then we go outside into the car and Saph drives over to the skatepark. Texting Matt i tell him that I have to go home tonight so i'll see him at school on Monday. By the time we are finished at the skatepark its almost curfew so i wave bye to the girls and get into my car and drive home. Once im home i go straight to my room and go to sleep. Today was one really long day.
