Raphael Adler wants to prove his skills to the Drake brothers, they've spent years trying to find their sister and give him the task of tracking her down- the reward being able to join them on a search for a certain famous Pirates treasure. Rafe just wasn't expecting to actually find her.
Elizabeth sighs letting her eyes glide over the room, the people and the atmosphere doesn't feel right and she wonders why on earth she decided to come here. In her head the idea of going to a fancy bar to scam a few guy's out of money and valuables was brilliant- not a first either. It turns out that it wasn't such a good idea either as she can't find a single man in the room worth going after. Leaning on the bar looking mysterious with her tight black dress with the front cut out hasn't gone unnoticed, but when a guy looks in her direction she stares them down until they look away and search for another female to approach.
"Well don't you look happy to be here" a smooth voice sounds from beside her, she takes a second to look at him with little concern for the man and meets a pair of hazel eyes, he smirks and she tears her gaze away.
"Ecstatic." she replies.
"Hm, where did you come from? I have never seen you here before" he responds feeling drawn to the girl after seeing her eyes, a deep blue with tints of brown that remind him of someone. It's interesting to him that someone like her would come here and act like this while surrounded by rich attractive men, looking like she does it's curious that someone's not already approached her. He's been watching her for a while.
Elizabeth sighs turning her entire body to the stranger who's starting to irritate her. "Well, when a man and a woman really love each other..." she trails off sarcastically.
"Cute. I mean, you clearly don't belong here-"
"I could say the same about you, I mean you don't look very approachable and well- from the sounds of it you're not a people person. I think I'll leave you to contemplate that, maybe find a mirror and practise how to talk to women." she drily states before pushing away from the bar and walking across the room, it's clear now that this was a bad idea and all that's on her mind now is going home.
It's raining outside and she crosses her arms heading down the street, it's empty due to the downpour but luckily she doesn't live too far away. Elizabeth shivers as her hair sticks to her face, dress clings onto her skin and her make up starts running down her face. It doesn't matter to her though and she just focuses on walking in the right direction. Reaching a small doorway that looks to block the rain out she ducks inside it, reaching into the side of her dress she sighs removing a small tin containing a lighter and cigarettes. Lighting one and letting it hang from her lips as she returns the tin a car pulls up beside the doorway, she raises an eyebrow as the back window is rolled down and the guy from the bar looks at her.
"I don't get into cars with strangers" she tells him blowing smoke towards the fancy looking black car.
"Raphael Adler but call me Rafe" he calls over to her, she takes a deep breath thinking about it for a moment before approaching the car flicking her cigarette into a puddle. Rafe opens the door for her and she slides in tucking her soaked hair behind her ears.
Looking to him she nods "Elizabeth Morgan, don't use my full name ever, call me El." she tells him with a serious tone and look, he nods as the car starts to move. He makes sure to look away from her as he smiles knowing he's found the right girl, the eyes were the first sign, the witty comments the second and her name sealed the deal. Rafe just can't wait to see the other two's faces as he presents her, they thought he couldn't do it either but he's proved himself quite the tracker, he knows they have to involve him in their plans now no matter what.
