Mary's point of view:
After about 30 minutes of being stuck with Dallas George called my name. "Mary a boy named Tyler is here to bail you out!". "Ok." I was waiting for George to unlock the cell but I guess he forgot. "Hey George you know you got to unlock the cell so I can get out right?." I said sarcastically. After George unlocked the cell he locked Dally back in. "Are you really leaving me here?" Dallas said. I didn't answer I just flipped him off and got into the car with Tyler. "Look I'm sorry about tonight." Tyler said sincerely. "It's not your fault it's my gang they're annoyingly over protective" I said kinda laughing to myself. "Thank god you said that they are so obnoxious and that one bigger guy is such a womanizer I couldn't take it why are you even friend with them they're a bunch of low life greasers." Tyler said arrogantly. "Look only i can talk sh*t about my gang they're the only family I got left and you got the nerve to call them low life's they could kick your a*s with their eyes closed I guess I'm not good enough for you cause I'm a greaser too." I snapped that really pissed me off even though I was mad at them. "You can be serious?" He asked. "Let me out!" I said. "No!" He yelled at me slowing the car down cause I caught him off guard. Without even thinking I jumped out of the car that was going about 15 mph. Damn it hurt when I hit the ground but I got up and ran before he came back. Luckily he just moved here so he didn't know the back roads or anything. I ran into the alley ways as his car passed without seeing me. That was a close one I thought to myself as I lit a cigarette. I don't know what to do now where do I go I thought just wondering aimlessly. I was still pissed at Dally but I decided to bail him out cause I don't feel like hanging out with anyone else in the gang. As soon as George saw me he got Dally without saying a word. Dallas was also quite cause he knows I'm still pissed. We walked quickly to Bucks until Dally spoke up. "You know I'm sorry right I was just trying to protect you." He said. "I know." I said with a smirk. "How about I buy you a beer you look sober already?" He said devilish. "Just one." I said as we walked up the creaky wooden steps of Bucks. "Your back" Buck said happily. "Two beers Buck" Dallas demanded nicely. After we finished our beer we started talking. "Dance with me." I said. "You know I don't dance doll." Dallas said. "You ruined my date though and now I'm stuck with you." I said. He got up and lead me to the dance floor. He wrapped his arms around my waist with no hesitation. At the end of about the third song Dallas let go of me. Out of no where Dally said "you know I crashed your date cause I have always had feelings for you ever since we were little." He said not even drunk. "Dallas I always liked you too but you were always with someone so I would distract my self with other guys." I said sincerely. "Mary Curtis will you be my girl?" Dallas said slyly cause he already knew my answer. "No" I said seriously. Dallas's cool smile faded. "Oh stop playing with the poor boy and just say yes" Buck said drunkly crying. "Fine I'll go out with you sorry a*s" I said giggling. There Dallas and I stood in the middle of a loud, smoky, and crowded bar kissing. After the kiss he slid a plain ring on my middle finger. It may not look like much but it meant the world to me. "How do we tell the gang?" Dallas asked not really worried about anyone in the gang but my brothers. "You can figure that out tomorrow I called Darry and told him your sleeping here already" Buck said all proud of himself. "Thanks Bucky." I said as Dallas lead me upstairs to his room. When we got to his room he stripped into nothing but his underwear. "Ugh Dallas I got nothing to wear." I said. "You can sleep naked" he said as he handed me a tee shirt. "In your dreams." I said putting the tee shirt on. We both crawled under the covers. Dallas wrapped his arms around me. "Goodnight babe." He said. "Night Dallas."
