Ch 6: Berk High's New Power Couple

Third person POV

Astrid was the first one to wake up from her sleep with Hiccup. Astrid right now hasn't felt as rested like this in years. She would always never have the motivation to get up and start her day. But except now, with Hiccup sleeping next to her all night she felt so comfartbale and well rested that it felt as if it was a miracle. As Astrid gazed upon Hiccups peaceful sleeping she said to herself "Oh he looks so cute right now." Astrid said looking at Hiccup who was holding Astrid by the stomach right now as he slightly snored. "Hmmm so cute why is he so cute in pretty much everything he does???" Astrid asked herself as she stroked his hair out of his eyes. But that's when Hiccup woke up and fluttered his greem emerald eyes at her. "Goodmorning m'lady how was your sleep if I may ask?" Hiccup asks Astrid. Astrid suddenly blushed at Hiccups sudden cute antics "Hmmm good I think you being here made my sleep alot better." Astrid told him with a slight blush. Hiccup gave Astrid a cheeky grin when he realized that Astrid really enjoyed there night together. "So my lovely presence really helped you sleep last night Huh??" Hiccup teased Astrid. Astrids only response was to slap Hiccup on the chest not that hard though. "Shut up Haddock !" She said embarrassed but she soon realized that her hand was still on Hiccups bare chest. Hiccup suddenly grabbed her hand and made her hand stay there on his chest. Hiccup suddenly purred into her arm making Astrid blush. "Hiccup stop we need to get school we are going to be late if we stay in bed so much" Astrids says looking away not wanting Hiccup to see her red face. "Hmmmm but I don't want to I want to be in bed with you forever." Hiccup calmly says as he wraps a leg around Astrids pressing his groin area on it. "Please Hiccup I have practice today." Astrid pleads to Hiccup "Hmmm skip a day and be with me beautiful." Hiccup tells her. "Please Hiccup track really means alot to me I need to go to school for Track." Astrid says giving Hiccup a surprisingly very cute pouty face. After realizing Astrids cute pouty sad face Hiccup gave in "uhhh uhh ok then you win you cutie" Hiccup tells her as he lets go of her and sitting up beside her. Happy with her victory Astrid jumped out of her bed to get dressed fist pumping as she did. Unkowingly to her she failed to realize that Hiccup was in bed watching her happily undress herself. She finally realized it and yelped in embarrassment. "Uhhh Astrid can you give me my shirt and shoes over there please?" Hiccup asked as he standed up from the side of the bed. "Oh ok" she says only in her underwear. As she handed Hiccup his stuff she realized that he was still shirtless. "Hmmm if you want we could dress with our backs turned to one another till you are ready" Hiccup suggested to her. "Yeah ok let's do that" Astrid says to Hiccup.

Hiccups POV

As I turned my back to Astrid as I got dressed I could only notice that the last thing I saw of her was her perfect body. I felt really hot while getting dress because one my childhood crush is my girlfriend, two we just made out yesterday and three because she is changing right now behind me. I slowly put on my t-shirt I had yesterday cause I had no clothes packed for this unexpected sleepover but I thought no body would care because I'm just the new kid and everyone will just ignore it. That's when I heard "Hey Hiccup you can wear this instead" Astrid says behind me. As I turn around I see Astrid dressed in tight blue jeans with blue converses and a dark blue tank and sleeveless hoodie. She handed me a Berk High sweater "Oh is this some guys sweater you have?" I ask kinda curious where it came from. She blushed at question and said "No of course not you dummy, I just like wearing guy clothes sometimes there loose and comfartbale for me." She says with a mad look. So I just simply took off my shirt and walked up to her and said "I'm sorry Astrid I was just curious you know" I say taking her sweater she gave me. But I felt as if she was still mad at me because she turned her back to me and crossed her arms. I gently wrapped my arms around her and I whispered "Astrid I really am sorry for saying that I really am." I say as I gently kiss her neck. "Ok ok stop I forgive you just, uhhh oh god please stop you might leave a hickey" she says wanting me to stop but her moans meant yes continue. "Heh funny thing is Astrid I kinda left one there last night." I tell her. "You What ?!?!" She says jumping out of my grip and runs straight to her mirror. Once there I could see she was looking for where it was. Once she found it she said "Oh God Hiccup you really did leave one!" She yells at me and I flinch at the raise of her voice. She then turned to me and gave me a angry look that sent shivers down my back. She slowly approached me with a clenched fist once there she grabbed me by the collar of the sweater and said "give me one reason I shouldn't beat you up right now." She orders me to do. "Uhhh because I love you....." I try to say because it was the only thing that come out of my mouth. She took a second to think of what I said  before saying "but the Hickey Hicc up people will know that it is one." She tells "Well I'll let them know that you got it from me we are dating after all." I try say since it will be obvious. "Uhhh I don't know Hiccup people don't take me for the lovey dovey type at school." Astrid complains to me. "But Astrid come on people will see that you changed for the better now that your dating me. Because like you said we've been waiting for each other for 3 years. Please don't shun away from wanting us to express are love." I say to her as I give her a sad adorable face like a puppy. "Fine but don't go to crazy alright on expressing are love ok?" She asks me giving in to my cuteness. "Of course only if m'lady wants it to happen." I say to her with a gentleman tone. But was responded by a punch in the shoulder by her. "Jeez ouch that hurt Astrid come on that really hurt." I plead in pain. She just smiled at me before stepping fourth to me and saying "That's for leaving a Hickey" she says but pulls down my collor color to expose my collor bone to do something I never expected her do before. She exposed my collor bone so she could kiss it and suck on it a bit to leave a hickey of her own. Once done it was as clear as day hickey on my collor bone "That's so other girls know you are mine." She says in a bit of a possesive tone to me but I loved it and hugged her by the waist and kissed her on the lips real gently before saying. "I think I'm dreaming Astrid cause you are so awesome." I say to her looking into her beautiful eyes. "Well your not ok but also you are awesome to." She says to me as she kissed me on the lips silencing any other words that were to come to mind. "But now let's going school will be starting soon as she pulls me by the hand downstairs out the door. We both had our back packs on so we planned on leaving as soon as we could but was stopped by Angela Astrids mom. "So you two are off to school" she said and Astrid automatically let go of my hand in embarrassment and said "yup" she said "yea we are Angela oh and by the way my said hi" I tell her as I pull Astrid by the hand out the door as we leave I could Anga was smiling madly knowing that I was holding her daughter's hand. My mom and Angela are really best friends as well as my Dad Stoick and oh yea Astrids dad Arthur. They were friends from childhood my Dad and Astrids Dad were such best friends that they even served in the military together my Dad got lucky and got saved by Astrids dad only to pay the price for his best friends life. I remember my Dad coming to Astrids house to give Angela the tradditional flag to commemorate to her husband as tradition to the military those were bad times for the Hoffersons then. I was brought out of my thoughts by Astrid "Hiccup you kinda have gave away that we are dating to my mom you know" she says looking at me with a disappointing look. I just laughed and said "Haha well your mom loves me so I don't think she will mind that we are." I tell her. Astrid let out a sigh and said "that is true but I just wonder how all of Berk High will react especially the girls cause on the first day of school like 99 percent of the girls were gawking at you." Astrid says frustrated that she know they will today even I know they will. "Well I don't care what they will think all I care about is that I'm with you Astrid." I tell her with a hopeful smile she just smiled back and said "That's true but if they come close to you in anyway ill beat them up cause I waited 3 years to be with you and I'm not going to let any girl get in between our relationship." Astrid says with a clenched fist. God is that when she gets really possessive like that over me man am I a lucky guy. Huh let's just hope no drama will start over me and Astrid being together.

Astrid's POV

Hiccup is very optimistic about us even though I'm not because well......... I'm Astrid the fearless tough, sometimes mean and well just the complete opposite of Hiccup. Hiccup is nice, gentle, loving and well just so perfect. But he loves me for reasons I don't see why even though he told me, it's so hard to believe what he said about me and I don't see it.

As we approach the school from our walk I could feel the eyes of people beam onto us. But my fear went away when Hiccup squeezed my hand in reassurance and looked at me with those emerald eyes. Man I don't think I'll ever get used to those eyes they made my fears go away even if it was just for a second. "Astrid chill it'll be fine." He whispered to me as we enter the school building. "I don't know Hiccup in I'm not used to this stuff you know" I tell him back. He just gave me that same face that made me gaze into it once again. But I received a new feeling of cold eyes peering onto us. But Hiccup made the icey feeling go away with his gaze as we walked through the hall to first period.

Once in first period there were a few whispers as we sat in our seats. That's when Ruff came up behind us and whispered "psst you two" Ruff said to us. "What is it Ruff the teacher is talking?" I ask her. "Ok jeez now that you two are a thing you two have a real problem on your hands." Ruff tells but what struck me is that how did she know that me and Hiccup are together. "Wait how do you know me and Hiccup are dating you didn't see us holding hands." I tell her. That's when she smiled and said "Well the perks of being Hiccups pretend sister is that he tells me everything." Ruff tells me and I felt a sudden anger come over me. Thats when I turned to Hiccup and punched him in the shoulder getting his attention. "Owww Astrid what the heck." He whispered in pain to me. "How could you tell Ruff that we were dating on the same day we just started???" I question him. "Uhhh well because she would kill me if I his from her so I decided to tell her as soon as possible to avoid that." He explains to me but I was still mad at him for telling her so early. "Still Hiccup im not ready to tell people that we are dating yet especially are friends" I tell him. "Ok sorry but it'll be obvious that we are you know." He says but I just whispers him "shut up and make sure that I don't get caught talking to Ruff." He just nods to me in response. As I turn to Ruff I ask "what do you mean we have problems?" I ask Ruff. "Ok so there's this couple known as Jelsa and they are like the power couple of the school but since people took notice of you two together today this morning people are spreading rumors that you two are Berks High new power couple and this makes them mad." Ruff explains but really I need to know who is jelsa is. "Wait you is Jelsa??" I ask Ruff and she rolled her eyes before saying "Jelsa is not a person it's a name combination of Jack Frost and Elsa." Ruff tells me. "Ohhhh ok makes sense. But why would they care me and Hiccup are dating??" I ask back. "Well because you two go together so well. But I haven't made a power couple name for you two." She says as she thinks for a name. "Ahhh I got it Hiccstrid." Ruff says proudly naming me and Hiccups relationship name. "Uhhh what ever just keep a look out for them I dont want a problem with them or they'll have one if they do." I tell Ruff who just nodded and went back to writing her Hiccstrid name down. I went back to Hiccup and asked "what was that all about??" He asks me. "I'll tell you at Lunch but I'll tell you this Ruff  gave us a ship name and it's Hiccstrid." I say embarrassed by it. "Ohhh I like it, it's cute it fits us." Hiccup says happy with the name. I just roll my eyes and put my hand on his and look at him. "Dork." I say to him with a smile. "Your Dork" he says with a smile before quickly pecking my lips before going back to writing notes. Uhhh he is so perfect this guy can make me weak by just that he really is awesome to have I'm so lucky.

Hey guys so looks like Jelsa vs Hiccstrid will be the theme for the next couple chapters. But I assure that they will not be enemies forever just another misunderstanding that have for the two couples.
