"For his project I will be pairing you guys up. No excuses! You be happy with whoever you get." My teacher barked from the front of the classroom. I groaned and laid my head down on my desk. I was quiet and awkward enough as it was, but now I was going to be put with someone I wasn't even slightly comfortable with? She read down the list of names and I watched as kids stood up and got paired up. I looked around at the remaining people sitting and realized there was only one person still sitting besides me. "(Y/N) and Robbie." My teacher read out. I gulped. Of course it had to be him.. Robbie was a boy I'd had a crush on basically ever since I came to school here. He was a cute brunette with an absolutely perfect smile and rosy cheeks. His green eyes were very vibrant and complimented his dark features. He was very handsome. "So you ready to get started?" He asked grinning.  I nodded. I was scared if I said anything I'd sound like a blubbering idiot. "So is there a specific country you'd like to work on?" He asked. I shrugged. "I've done a project on Argentina before. That was cool." I mumbled. "Well, let's do that then." He said cheerfully. He pulled his laptop out of his backpack and turned it on. I hadn't even noticed I was staring at him until he looked at me and laughed. I blushed bright red and hid my face behind my hair. I listened to the clicking of the keyboard as he quickly typed. I heard the keys stop and noticed him mouthing something to somebody. He then mouthed shutup and I became interested in whatever he was talking about. "Who were you talking to?" I asked curiously. He shook his head. "Nobody." He laughed. "Tell me!" I said giggling. He nodded his head towards a boy sitting across the room. "He likes you." The boy mouthed.  Robbie's face turned deep red and he started typing on the computer again. "I like him too." I mouthed back. "Seriously?!" The boy mouthed to me. I nodded giggling. He pulled out his phone and I decided to pay attention once again to the project. I heard the sound of Robbie's phone vibranting and he quickly checked his phone. He read it and looked up at me. "Y-You like me?" He stuttered grinning. I felt my cheeks get hot as I nodded slowly. "Hey, would you like to go see a movie or something this Friday?" He offered making me smile. I nodded quickly.  "Of course I would." I said grinning.
