(Y/N) flipped the pages of her book earnestly.  She'd read the book millions of times and it was obvious from the worn pages. It had grown yellow with age and it smelled like an unfinished basement. That was what made the book even more glorious than any other book. She knew how the book ended but she bit her nails in nervousness. She knew who the killer was but the same anxiety as the first time she read the book overwhelmed her. She was so consumed in her book that whenever Robbie walked into the room she hadn't even noticed. She started to turn the page when someone grabbed the book, snatching it from her. "You son of a bitch!" She yelled frantically reaching for her book. She was actually pissed but Robbie didn't seem phased by that. He sat the book down on the couch and tried to snuggle into her side but she pushed him away. "Stop it. I'm mad at you." She snapped. Robbie chuckled. "Are you suuuure? I got you something!" He said in attempts to bribe her for affection. She hesitated. "What'd you get me?" She asked curiously.  "Give me a kiss and I'll give it to you!!" He promised. She rolled her eyes and kissed his cheek. Robbie rolled his eyes. "That was a lame kiss but I guess I'll still give you this." He handed her a hard-back book that looked a few years old. She turned it over in her hands examining its worn pages. "It's the sequel to your book!" Robbie said excitedly. "Are you kidding me?! I've read this book for YEARS and I didn't know it had a sequel?!" She squealed. "Thanks so much you're the best!" She squealed throwing her arms around Robbie's kneck and then shooing him out of the room so she could start on the book.
