Robbie was the son of my dad's friend. He came over nearly every weekend whenever my dad's friend wanted to watch some game on TV or just wanted to do something together. I had to admit that I fancied Robbie so when I found out he was coming over, I decided to get dressed up. I ran upstairs and plugged in my curling iron and began doing my makeup. I put on a spring-y floral print dress and a pair of sandals. I heard a knock at the front door and did one last mirror check before I ran downstairs. Robbie was standing in the doorway talking to my dad when he noticed me walking down the stairs. He couldn't tear his gaze away from me as he watched me walk over to him. "Hi Robbie." I giggled walking over to him. I gave him a hug and you could smell his cologne. He smelled amazing.. "Hey, do you y'all wanna go to the mall or something?" My dad offered getting his wallet out of his back pocket. I glanced at Robbie who nodded grinning. "You guys have fun." Robbie's dad told us as we walked out the front door. Robbie drove the two of us out to the mall and we talked about random stuff. He was so down to earth and a total sweetheart and I could feel myself falling for him more and more each second.. "I don't know about you but I'm starving. You want to go to the food court?" He offered goofily. "Sounds great to me!" I agreed. He parked in front of the entrance to the food court and we got out of the car and went inside. We both ordered Chinese food and then sat down at a table for two. "You look really pretty today (Y/N)." He grinned his cheeks blushing red.  I'm sure my entire face was red at this point. "Thanks Robbie." I said shyly. "No really, you do. You're the most perfect girl I've ever met." He said seriously. I felt as if a million butterflies were flying inside my stomach at the moment. I was at a loss for words so I didn't say anything. I just sat there awkwardly like the awkward weirdo I was. "(Y/N) will you be my girlfriend?" He asked quickly and nervously. I looked up into his nervous green eyes and he gave a short laugh. The fact he was so nervous to ask me out made it 10x sweeter. "Of course I will be." I grinned. We spent the rest of the day getting to know eachother better and I couldn't think of a better way to spend my day, then with the boy I loved.
