(Y/N) was sitting on a tree stump miles away from camp. She needed out. Being the only girl could be fun but it could also be a pain in the ass. The boys would treat her as if she was abnormal. It was as if she had a third eye in the middle of her forehead. She never felt accepted. The only person who treated her normal was Pan. But Pan was a total asshole to her. He would tease her for not knowing how to do things as well as the boys, he would tease her for caring about her appearance (even if she was just putting her hair up), and he ALWAYS wanted to know where she was. It annoyed her to no end. She could take care of herself. She wasn't a little girl. Today she snuck out quietly. Pan would never suspect it. She discovered this place on a hunting trip several weeks ago and had been waiting for a change to use the calm space. She closed her eyes and dreamed of a place where she wasn't surrounded by guys. Where she could be alone and feel.. normal. Oh how she dreamed of such a place. "And where do you think you were going?" Pan asked her angrily. She jumped in fear and scowled at him. "You can't give me one second of privacy?" She growled through her teeth. Pan laughed a raw, wicked laugh. He was in no mood for joking around. "You will tell me where you go, every time you leave. Undertsnad me?" He snapped. She glared at him. If looks could kill, Pan would be lying in a pool of his own blood. "You aren't in charge of me." She growled. "But if you want to stay alive you'll listen to me. Neverland is dangerous. Watch out." He warned angrily. She couldn't believe HE was so angry. She was the one who was being wronged!! "Oh because coming out to this tree stump alone was sooOoO dangerous." She mocked him. In a second he was centimeters away from her. His nose nearly touching hers. She felt fear rise in her chest but didn't allow it to show. She had to play strong, despite what she felt on the inside. She stared into his dark eyes and saw the rage within him. For eyes are the window to the soul. "Listen to me because I'll only say this once. I care about you, okay? I don''t want you to get hurt. I'd feel like shit if you died. I'd blame myself." He said. His once dark eyes started to lighten as he said such sweet and caring words. She was taken aback but felt the lightheartedness of his gentle words. "Peter.." She whispered. He leaned in and kissed her lips softly. She closed her eyes and let her anger melt away. It was as if all the anger from earlier faded away. Without warning Peter pushed (Y/N) back. She stumbled back a couple steps. He stared at her in disbelief and she felt the hurt fill her chest. "L-Let's get back. Don't do this again." He said. Peter turned around and began walking away. (Y/N) followed him, unknowing of the new fondness that Peter had grown for (Y/N).
