I was lying under a warm blanket and reading Divergent. There was rain pattering against the window nearly putting me to sleep when I heard a loud knock on the door. I wasn't expecting company and I was startled by the sudden break of silence. I kicked off the blanket and got up.  I unlocked the dead bolt and opened the door to see Robbie standing there. I was used to his happy smile and charming eyes that sparkled whenever I talked to him but, today I saw a boy with dark, unhappy eyes and a sad expression. "Robbie." I whispered. I moved out of the way to invite him in and ran to grab him some towels. I handed him one and he nodded in thanks. He wrapped it around his shivering body and I watched as his closed dripped onto my rug. "Robbie what's wrong?" I asked handing him another towel. "She left me." He whispered almost inaudible. I watched his face flush and he looked as if he'd start to cry. "Go upstairs and get a shower. You need to warm up." I told him. He sloshed upstairs and I ran to my room to grab a pair of oversized sweatpants. I knocked on the door and I heard him say "Yeah?" through the door. I opened it and sat the sweatpants on the sink."I gotcha a pair of sweatpants.  They're on the sink." I explained. "Thanks." He said. I closed the door behind me and fled downstairs to give him his privacy. I got back under my blanket and continued to read Divergent. I was getting into a good part when Tris was training when I heard the padding of feet. I sat down my book and my eyes met a beautiful green pair that made my heart skip a beat. "Thanks (Y/N)." His scratchy voice said. I couldn't help but let my eyes trail down his toned chest and abs. His sweat pants hung low on his hips showing of his v-line. "N-No problem. No problem." I stuttered nervously. He sighed and sat down on the couch beside me. "Yeah. I came home and she was on the couch making out with- with this guy." Robbie stuttered. His eyes flooded with tears and he did his best to keep them in but the moment I touched his hand, the tears started to fall. "And it just makes me mad you know? I- I loved her. I don't know why she would so and do something like that?! I just-" He stopped mid-sentence and he covered his face with both his hands. I scooted closer to him and put my arm around his shoulder. He looked up, his face was streaked with tears. He glanced at my lips and then back at my eyes and repeated this a few times. I leaned in slowly and he closed his eyes. Our lips met and I felt a spark inside my stomach. When we pulled back Robbie's cheeks were blood red. "I'm sorry. I d-didn't- sorry." He muttered looking a way. I took my index finger and guided him by his chin to look at me. "Don't be." I whispered.
