He saw Jenna in the corner, being pushed down on the teacher’s desk. Killer was on top of her, one hand over her mouth and the other hand ripping at her already torn dress. Jenna’s hair was in huge disarray and there were bruises already forming up her arms. Ben didn’t really get a chance to take in the whole scene before he just started reacting. He pulled Killer off of Jenna and slammed him up against the wall. Killer swung first and hit Ben in his jaw, he didn’t even feel a thing. Ben’s fist and Killer’s nose made contact and the result was immediate. Blood poured out of Killer’s nose. The scarlet red liquid didn’t phase Ben as his pummeling continued. Killer attempted to punch him a few more times but they barely made contact. Ben punched him in the face several more times and when his fists started to throb he switched to a softer spot, Killer’s stomach.
In a few minutes Ben felt someone pulling him off of Killer, who immediately slumped to the ground.
“What the hell happened?” Jax stood there staring at Ben waiting for an answer. When Jax noticed Jenna huddled in the corner hugging her knees to her chest he immediately put it all together. Lena made her way over to Jenna and helped her up.
“He broke my fucking nose. That’s what the hell happened.” Killer stood up glaring at Jenna. He moved to take a step towards her and Jax pushed him back up against the wall.
“You keep your pathetic ass right there. You’re lucky he didn’t kill you. Lena, go get Paul.” Jax checked to see where Ben was to make sure he wasn’t going to come at Killer again. After seeing what Killer did to Jenna he knew wouldn’t stop Ben if he attacked.
“NO! Don’t get Paul. Please.” Jenna opened her mouth for the first time. Even though all this commotion was revolved around what just happened to her.
“You heard her, there is no need to get Paul. She liked it rough. I didn’t do nothing wrong.” Killer looked over at her and blew her a kiss.
Jax beat Ben to the punch, literally, and down on the ground Killer went again.
Jenna grabbed Lena’s hand and they walked out into the dark hall. Being in the room with that monster was making her nauseas. She ran down the hall a few feet and turned the light on to the girl’s bathroom. She rushed into a stall and threw up. Lena just stood there not knowing what to do or say. She could see Jenna’s back as she was hovered over the toilet and the bruises looked painful.
“Please tell them not to get Paul. I don’t want any more people to know about this than already do. Tell them to tell HIM if he keeps his mouth shut we will keep our mouths shut. Please Lena.” Jenna sounded so far away even though she was just right in front of Lena. She told Jenna to stay put that she would tell them and be right back. Lena didn’t agree with any of it but she walked out of the bathroom to relay the message. As soon as she opened the bathroom door, Ben was standing there.
“Where’s Jenna?” He looked worried. “Is she okay?”
“I don’t know yet. She is in there throwing up. She told me to tell you guys she just wants everyone to pretend this didn’t happen. She wants me to tell Killer that if he doesn’t say anything we won’t say anything.” Lena didn’t even try to hide the fact that she hates this plan.
“Alright. Go in there and lock the door until we come back to get you guys. I’ll take care of it.” Ben walked back into the Art room. He hated what he was about to say but he knew more than anyone that you couldn’t make someone deal with their abuse.
“Look you piece of shit, would be rapist. The only reason why you are still standing here is because Jenna wants to make this all go away. I promise you that the three of us will do anything we can to change her mind. If you make it through the night without there being a warrant out for your arrest consider yourself the luckiest man alive. If you keep your mouth shut and don’t ever look, talk, or touch her again, we won’t kill you. Monday morning you will either quit the football team or fake an injury, I really don’t care, but you are going to be off of my team. Let me make myself crystal clear, my life is going nowhere regardless, so whether I’m hating my life behind bars or not doesn’t matter to me. I truly have nothing left to lose. Do you understand me?” Ben looked Killer in the eye the whole time never blinking.
