Kian sat in the back while I drove and Jc was in the passengers seat. "Can we stop and get food?" Kian whined. "Let's just get snacks to eat in the car" I said. Jc ended already falling asleep. "If we do, Let me drive, You can do the last three hours" Kian said, I nodded. I didn't get the best sleep and my day hasn't been good so far.

"Jc get in the back seat the food goes there" Kian snapped. "What do you mean?" Jc groaned. Jc rolled his eyes and got out, Getting in the backseat with me. Kian threw all the food we got into the passengers seat.

I felt Jc's head on my shoulder. He fell asleep. I laid my head on his. It was like a pillow, I laughed to myself. "What's so funny?" Kian asked, Looking at me through the mirror. "His hair is like a pillow" I smiled. Kian chuckled and put his attention back to the road.

I woke up and we were at a gas station. I saw Kian putting gas in the car. He looked exhausted. Jc's head was still on me. I slowly slipped away from him and got out. "Hi" I said, Leaning on the car, Watching Kian. "How long was I asleep?" I asked. "I was just about to wake you up after this because you get to drive" he said. I nodded. "Do you want me to go grab more things?" I asked. He nodded.

I walked inside, Hoping they didn't care if I had shoes or not. I grabbed a few chips and waters, Grabbing a nerd string for Kian and one for Jc. "Is this all?" The lady asked. "Can I get a pack of cigarettes?" She nodded and handed me a pack. "Wait, I left my wallet in the car" I said, She nodded and I ran out to the car. "I need a twenty" I told Kian. He grabbed his wallet and handed me the bill. I walked back inside and handed her the money. "Thank you" I said and took the bags. I slipped the cigarettes in the side of my leggings since I had no pockets.

"I saw that" Kian said as I got in and put the bags on the seat. "Saw what?" I asked, Handing him the nerd string. "You sneaking the pack of cigarettes" He answered as I started the car. "Okay and?" I asked. "You used my money on those" I glanced at him. "You use your own money on that" I argued, Pulling out of the gas station. "Yes I gave you money for snacks-" I cut him off, "I'll pay you back" I heard him sigh while he put his head back.

About an hour left into the drive Jc woke up. Kian grabbed the nerd string from the bag and handed it to him. I kept my focus on the road.

Me: how long until we're there?

Kian: an hour .

Me: I slept the whole ride? lol

Kian: yep and you missed out on a fight :)

Me: about?

Kian: doesn't matter .

I looked up at Dawn. She had purple under her eyes, Her hair was a mess. She looked stressed and tired. "Dawn, You alright?" I asked. She just nodded, Keeping her gaze on the road. I looked at Kian and he had fell asleep. I moved the snacks into the backseat and crawled up front at a read light and put my seat belt on.

"Dawn" I said. She hummed. "Look at me" I said, Still at the red light. She looked at me. "Pull over" I said. "No, We need to get to my Parents house" she answered, Driving once the light turned green. "Let me drive" I respond. "No you're not supposed to until tomorrow" she answered. "I don't care. You look like a mess with your ripped socks, Your hair is every where and you're exhausted. You're stressed let me drive" I explained. "No Jc! We're half an hour away! I can drive" she screamed.

She ignored me for the rest of the drive.

Dawn PoV

I was stressed. I was a mess. He was right. I took a deep breath, Going down the road I would in my high school years. I saw my parents house and saw a car in the driveway. I pulled in and jumped out of the car. I ran to the door and knocked.

I waited and about two minutes later it opened. A man opened the door and looked at me. "Dawn?" He asked. "Julian?" He nodded and smiled, I wrapped my arms around him, Feeling tears stream down my face. Kian and Jc came up behind me.

"Who's them?" Jon asked. "Uhm, That's Kian and that Jc" They shook hands and we went inside. "How long have you been here?" I asked, Sitting on the couch. "Two years maybe" Julian answered, Sitting next to me. Jc sat on the other side and Kian sat at my feet. He leaned his back against the couch, I put my legs on both sides of him and played with his hair.

Jc leaned his head on my shoulder. "Is it okay if we stay here tonight? Kian and I have been driving all day" I said. "Why hasn't Jc?" Julian asked. "I got into an accident on the way to Dawn's apartment" Jc answered. "That's why I have my old favorite pair of socks on" I sighed. "You ran out with no shoes?" Julian laughed. "I watched from the window and I didn't care" I argued. Kian started laughing causing Jc to laugh. I started laughing, Getting Julian to laugh. "I like your colored hair" I said, Running my fingers through Kian's hair.

"There's one extra room. Im sleeping in mine." I smiled. "I'll sleep in mine" Julian said. "Get some sleep, Ill handle them" I said. Julian nodded, going off to his room. "You can either sleep in the guest room or out here" I said standing up. "Why can't one of us sleep with you?" Kian asked. "Because. I don't want to sleep with my ex or my ex's best friend" I said, Heading to the stairs. "But you did the other night" Jc argued. "Yeah. Because you randomly came over!" I almost yelled.

"Well I don't want to sleep on a couch" Kian said, Following me to the guest room. "How about you both just sleep in the guest room?" I sighed. "Fine" they both said and pushed past me. I went into my room, Getting some sleep.
