I walked out of the airport with my suit case. I took in a breath and smiled. "We're here!!" I screamed, Smiling. Kian laughed at me, Wrapping his arm around my waist.

We got to the house we were renting for a month which was on the beach. Kian and I shared a room, Jc and Emma shared another and Julian had his own. Jc's friends stayed in a hotel down the street. Jc and Emma aren't together but they're really close.

"We have to go see the koalas tomorrow!" I smiled. Julian nodded, "and surf" he said. I nodded. "Can't wait" I smiled.

(Two Weeks later)

We got to the koalas and we held some. "I remember when we adopted one" I said to Julian. "Do you think-" I smiled at him and we walked up to the desk. "Hi. Do you still have the adopted Koalas?" I asked. "Yes. Do you have one?" The man asked. "Ash. We adopted her about six years ago" I answered. "She'll be excited to see you" The man said, Leaving and coming back with Ash.

"Hi Ash" I cooed. Her claws dug into my shoulders. I laughed through the pain, Holding her. "Can I walk around with her?" I asked. The man nodded and I walked over to Kian, Jc, and Emma. "This is Ash. Our family adopted her six years ago" I smiled. Kian looked at me and smiled. "She's so cute" Jc said, Taking her from me. "She loves attention and hugs and cuddles and photos" I smiled. Julian chuckled.

"Surfing time!" I smiled, Renting a board and strapping it to my ankle. "Be careful, These waves are bigger than the ones in LA" Julian warned me. "You remember what happened last time" He added. It killed me just thinking about it. "What happened?" Kian and Jc asked. "I almost drowned" I said quietly. "Just be careful" Julian said. I nodded and walked out to the water.

I paddled out. Seeing the large waves curve over and roll to the shore. I paddled out further, Seeing a wave more than ten feet maybe. I went towards it before standing up and balancing myself.

After about an hour I was the only one out in the water. I couldn't pull myself away. I saw another large wave. Maybe the biggest one I saw today. I smiled and went towards it. "Dawn! Don't do it just come back!" I turned my head, Seeing Julian. I ignored him and continued to paddle.

I stood up, The wave pushed me off, I fell into the water, The strap came undone from my kicking, The wave pushing me farther under. I couldn't help but try and gasp for air, But all I got was water. It burned, It felt like my lungs were on fire. But I stopped. Everything did, I no longer felt the wave pushing me over, I no longer heard Julian and everyone yelling my name. I no longer felt anything. And I never will again.

Kian PoV

The wave knocked her over. After the wave rolled over, Her board popped up out of the water. "Dawn?" We all yelled. The board came up to the shore, The strap was undone. The water was calm besides the few other waves that would curve over. We all made our way to the water.

"Dawn" Julian yelled, We saw her body lump in his arms. I furrowed my eyebrows. "Call the ambulance" He quickly said. I got out of the water and grabbed my phone.

They took her body. After they wrapped it in that black tarp bag. I sat in the sand, My knees to my chest and my face in my hands. Tears continued to roll down my cheeks, Along with everyone else. Julian sat next to me. I looked over at him with bloodshot eyes. "It'll be okay" He said quietly. "No it won't and even you know that" I snapped and stood up. I made my way to the house. I stormed inside and went into my room. I saw her things all over the room that just made me cry even more.

I sat on the bed for a couple of hours until Jc walked in. "Hey" He said softly. I looked at him. "It was supposed to be a good trip" I said quietly, Wiping my tear stained cheeks. "I know" He answered, Sitting next to me. "Is this real or-" I cut myself off by bursting into tears. Emma walked in and wrapped me into a hug. "It's okay. Cry. Let it out. It's always okay to cry" She whispered. I buried my head in her shoulder. "Kian, You're strong and you're going to be strong without her. You might not think that but trust me, You are" She added.

I started thinking about her Star tattoo. I remember her telling me something else about it.

(Flash Back)

"What's another reason you got it?" I asked. "You know your moon tattoo?" She asked. I nodded. "I got it because the real me is only able to be seen with you" She smiled at me, Placing her lips on mine. "Is it because you can only see the stars when you see the moon when it's dark but when it's not you know it's there?" I asked, Laughing a bit. "Yep" She smiled, Laying her head on my chest.

(End of flashback)

I laid down after Emma and Jc left me alone. I stared at the ceiling.

She smiled against my lips, Her hands resting on my chest. She bit my bottom lip, Pulling away from me. She sat herself up on my stomach while my hands rested on the sides of her thighs. "I was having fun" I pouted. She smiled at me. I brought my left hand up, My fingers running across her dream catcher tattoo. "Remember when we first met and I did this" I smiled. She nodded.
