It was Monday morning and Finn was walking down the hall, searching for Rachel. He spotted the dark haired girl standing beside Mercedes and Kurt by her locker, which was open. He quickened his pace and stopped by Rachel's locker.
Rachel turned to him surprised. "Aren't you worried about what Quinn will think?" She asked flatly.
"Nope. I ended that on Friday. I realised I wasn't ready to be a dad." He said.
"Oh okay." Rachel muttered, closing the her locker door.
"Mercedes, Kurt. Can I talk to Rachel alone?" Finn turned to Rachel's best friends.
The two nodded and walked off.
Finn turned back to Rachel. "Now we can be together. Kurt told me you have a massive crush on me." He said. He had a huge smile on his face.
"Had." Rachel mumbled. "Past tense. I'm over it now. I like someone else." She turned to face him. "I'm sorry." She gave him a sad smile.
Finn nodded. "Oh okay." He mumbled. The smile on his face had gone and the light in his eyes had vanished.
"I'm sorry." Rachel repeated before gently stroking his cheek and walking away.
Finn just stood there. He felt his heart break. Now he definitely had to get Quinn back. Pregnant or not, he needed her.
