Today was your 18th birthday and your boyfriend was on tour across the country.
You wake up smelling chocolate cake causing you to jump out of bed running towards the kitchen.
"Happy Birthday, sweetie." Your mum says to you giving you a hug and a slice of cake for breakfast.
You were interrupted by your phone buzzing.
'Hey, princess! I love you and hope you have an awesome birthday! Miss you lots! Xx Niall.'
You smiled and replied a thank you.
You wished he could be here for your birthday, but knew that his dream was coming true being on tour.
You sighed and ran upstairs preparing for your party later that night.
You were dancing when all if a sudden the speakers boomed a voice you have missed dearly. You spun around to see Niall standing on the stage with the boys to each side.
"Hi, princess! This is for Atalyia. Happy birthday!" His Irish accent rang through the room.
They played one thing and you danced along with your friends. You felt a tap on your shoulder to reveal Niall kneeling down on one knee.
"Atalyia, I have been waiting for the day you turn 18 so I can ask you the question I have been dying to ask. You are my life and I want us to share it forever. Will you be my wife?"
Your hand flew to your mouth.
Happy tears flowed as you squealed. "Yes!"
Jumping into his arms.
Best birthday ever.
