The Misfortune of a Witch and her son(A Soul Eater Story)

Chapter 7

Crona's P.o.v. 

Lady Medusa has finally gotten enough rest, and she intends on leaving the house again for another week,"Crona, protect the house, and don't leave this place, I don't want anybody to know that your here." Lady Medusa said, and there she went, off on her broom stick once again, flying to who knows where. 

I saw Shark he transformed from a nearby table to a his regular self again. It's pretty cool how he could do that, I've been wondering why he's not the most powerful witch since he can transform into things. The other day Shark told me his back story of his life... 

The Story of Shark... 

When Shark was a young boy just around my age, he had a parent just like Lady Medusa. A parent in which who would make him evil, make him kill, do all things that a parent shouldn't do to a child. But instead of a mother he would be bossed around by his father, a more stronger opponent then a woman, but he wasn't a snake witch. So one day he decided to run away at the perfect time, and that was pretty much it. Shark decided that he wouldn't want to put it in complete detail for some reason, maybe he wasn't totally comfortable on the subject, but oh well. 

Shark and I sat at the porch then I told him,"Would you like to go get Kioku and Mia? Maybe they'll bring us some company." He looked at me and said,"Sure." 

We reached Kioku and Mia's home and I unlocked the door of the house to see that Kioku and Mia were sitting on their couch,"Oh hey Crona." Kioku said turning his head towards me,"Crona! It's so glad to see you again." Mia said springing off the couch,"I've only been gone for like a week." I said. I asked if they would like to come to my home like they did last week, and they nodded their heads. 

As we were about to reach my home, we were quietly walking through the woods that lead to my house. I saw as I wore my black cloak, Kioku were a black shirt which seemed to bring out his fierce red eyes, Mia skipping along ahead of us as she wore a white dress that reached down to her knees, and on her head she wore a red ribbon, I also see Shark wearing nothing but some swimming shorts, he had no shirt on. 

I saw as Shark stopped for a second and we all stopped as well,"What is it Shark?" I asked as he looked towards the woods,"I feel it, a presence." I looked at him,"A presence?" He turned towards my  home and he said," There at your home waits your mother, Medusa." Shark said. I couldn't believe it, why is Lady Medusa at the house so soon? If she sees that I brought Kioku and here she would for sure kill them! What if she even sees Shark? What will happen? Do other witches get along? 

"Okay, I need you to transform into something that can hide you and Kioku and Mia." I said to Shark as I began to walk slowly to the house. I saw as Shark transformed into a thick oak tree that hid Kioku and Mia. I entered my home to see Lady Medusa throwing things all over the place,"Lady Medusa?" I said and I saw her look at me, and she said,"Crona? Where were you? You almost made me tear the house apart." Lady Medusa said as she sent her Vector Arrows back into her, and she walked towards me. 

"Crona, where were you?" Lady Medusa said. I stood silent, but I knew that I couldn't keep silent for long,"Crona, were you with someone?" She began to walk around me slowly,"You don't have to be scared to tell me Crona." She said in a soft voice which I knew that she would try to convince to tell her but I have to be strong. I saw as I felt one of her Vector Arrows move across my face it was soft for some reason, then I saw as she was about to say something but I saw as she turned quickly towards a window because there was a slight sneeze outside. 

I saw as Lady Medusa walked towards the door, and I saw as Vector Arrows came out of her back, and she walked towards the noise, but nobody was there. She walked backed slowly but as she walked back she heard a noise. I saw as Kioku and Mia fell out of the "tree" and land on the floor, and they looked at Lady Medusa in fright,"So who are these people?" Lady Medusa said looking at them,"Crona your mom's really scary." Mia said as she transformed into an Energy Sword and Kioku stood. 

"If you leave now, your lives will be spared that is my final offer." Lady Medusa said. I saw as Kioku stood in his place,"Fine, have it your way." Lady Medusa said, and I saw as her Vector Arrows went towards Kioku and he slightly dodged. I am to sure if Kioku and Mia ever fought a snake witch, and i wouldn't be to cocky if I were them, but then again, if I were Lady Medusa I wouldn't be cocky on Kioku and Mia's power. 

"Vector Arrow." Lady Medusa said calmly for some reason, arrows were flying all across the area, and I saw as Kioku kept on trying to slice each one, but they were pretty fast for all of them to be sliced. I saw Kioku jump on a tree branch, and I saw as Lady Medusa pointed her finger at him, and she said,"Vector Plate." The arrow glowed underneath Kioku and threw Kioku towards Lady Medusa, and she was going to hit Kioku with a Vector Arrow but right as the blow came, Kioku tried his best to block the attack with Mia. I saw as Lady Medusa put more strength onto the blade, and then I saw as she put so much pressure that under Kioku's back the ground began to crack,"Aahh!" Kioku screamed as he tried to block the attack,"You don't have to block my attack, if you just let me slice you, it will all be over." Lady Medusa said. 

I feel so useless not helping them out but how could I? I can't fight Lady Medusa, I couldn't, I just couldn't. 

"Kioku, please use your Soul Resonance, if we can do our resonance move then we might still have a chance to stop her." Mia said, and I saw as Kioku said two words,"Soul...Resonance." I saw as Mia glowed with the last of Kioku's strength, I saw as Lady Medusa said,"So you can use Soul Resonance? Well your going to have to have a pretty powerful move if you want me to release you." 

I heard Kioku say something that I haven't heard him say before,"Burn in Hell!" I saw as Mia now glowed a bright orange, and I saw as it shattered Lady Medusa's Vector Arrows and I saw as Kioku kicked Lady Medusa away, and I saw Mia grew into a flaming sword, and Kioku's red eyes glowed, and he pointed towards Lady Medusa who was on the ground now, I saw as the flame grew brighter, and then Kioku said once again,"Burn in Hell." And the fire shot out of the sword and hit Lady Medusa, sending a huge explosion, that sent even winds through the nearby forest. 

I saw as the black smoke grew from the explosion and I couldn't find Lady Medusa anywhere. But i felt a hand grab mine,"Come on Crona we gotta get out of here." It was Mia and I couldn't say anything because i was so shocked, so I went with them, through the forest, and through the clearing, and through the waterfall, and into the cave...
