The Misfortune of a Witch and her son(A Soul Eater Story)

Chapter 3

  As the cops and ambulance began to show, I found Roku from the crowd of students."Hey do you know what happened here Medusa?" Roku asked,"Yes, but I can't tell you here." I said to Roku as a policeman started walking towards our way. He dressed in a black uniform with a black tie, black pants, a black belt, black shoes, and a black cop hat,"Hey your Medusa right?" The policeman said with a deep voice. I noticed his badge name Officer Charles,"Yes I am. Is there something that I can help you with?" I asked the officer in a nice sweet voice,"Well i spoke to the coaches and they said that you were the witness of the massacre. Anyways I also noticed that you might have been the last person inside this locker room." Officer Charles said in a voice that made it seem that I might be the culprit,"Oh officer yes i was the last person in there. I had just came from second period when I entered the locker room seeing the bodies and the blood everywhere. Immediately I ran to the coaches  to inform you all to come here." I said with deep lies in every word,"Okay well that is all i guess you can go back to what you are doing." Officer Charles said as he walked back to the scene. 

    "Well that sure was strange how the cop thought that you were the culprit." Roku said,"Yes I know." I said as a sudden announcement came up,"All students, again all students are to report to there homes. There will be no school for the next week so please inform your parents. That is all." The announcements went off and everybody began walking home. As i turned I saw people walk from inside the nearby woods into the crime scene. They looked different then any other student here, who were they? I saw them having their weapons in hand and as they talked to the officers, one of them looked at me, and i instantly turned frightened. but I did get a glance at some badges that they were wearing it said: Students at the Death Weapon Meister Academy. 

      As Roku and I began walking home he suddenly asked,"So did you see who did the massacre? Did it have a weapon? Was it another witch?" I laughed evilly,"Oh Roku, you silly boy. It was obviously the last person who was there. Everyone knows that if your the last one there then you are the one to have done it." "Medusa your telling me that you killed about forty girls?" Roku said frightened,"Why, of course. The girls had it coming eventually. And plus for some reason when I spoke my feelings the book began to glow, and glow brighter, and brighter, until it mysteriously opened and i read the spell. And then one by one they all perished." I told Roku as a smile formed on my face,"So you finally learned a spell? Well that's good but why did you have to use it for bad purpose as taking away the girl's lives?" Roku said in confusion. As of that moment my smile decreased,"Well I don't know why but the book made me feel...powerful. Like as if I could anything. The girls would always laugh at me, everyday a smart Alec comment. Everyday another comment of my body. But today was the last straw, today Katy told me why I didn't have a boyfriend even though I'm so beautiful. She said that she would take you away from me...and i just couldn't even imagine if you were gone." 

        "Well you know that I would never leave you Medusa no matter what you did good or evil i am your friend and as a friend I am suppose to be there and support you." Roku told me with a soft voice,"well thank you Roku I'm happy that you're not mad at me for the thing that I have done." I said with relief in every word. As we continued to walk I finally found my home. My home was kind of hidden because my mother didn't love visitors. My home was a abandoned white mansion. On the sides grew vines that reached towards the roof. The windows were glass, but put a spell so that in the day they look black and at night they look white, even though inside they were clear. The grass outside was dead and crunched as we walked. 

          As i was about to walk into my house, Roku stopped me with the grab of my shoulder,"What Medusa. Would you mind if I came in here with you?" Roku said as his pale skin on his face began tuning red as I looked at him with a confused face,"No I don't mean anything like that you weirdo. I mean is it alright if I you can show me the spell that you've learned? But inside so that no one sees you." Roku said,"Well I guess it's alright." I said while opening the door. As I entered I saw inside the kitchen my food still waiting to be eaten. The walls inside were white, the coaches white, the chairs white, the table white, everything was white except our clothes, and the floor. The floor was a checkerboard style floor.
