Chapter 8

Crona's P.o.v.  

At the moment I am in the house of Kioku and Mia just sitting on the poor couch staring into nothing. 

"Crona? Crona?" Mia said waving her hands in my face,"Maybe he's in shock." Kioku said. 

I sat there, I couldn't believe that someone like Kioku and Mia could fight Lady Medusa, and she got hurt, but...it's going to take a lot more than that to stop her. She's practically immortal, she can't be hurt, every time she gets hurt she gets back up, it's impossible to hurt her. 

Then as I sat there I heard a voice, her voice,"Crona." I looked in shock,"Hey Crona what's the matter?" Kioku said as he stood and he looked at my shocked face. 

In Crona's Mind... 

"Crona, you're just going to let them hurt me?" Lady Medusa said I couldn't see her in here but I felt her voice circle around me,"Crona, you don't have to be afraid." I looked in all directions, nothing,"You can't hide from me forever Crona." Her voice sound still now as if she's stopped in place,"Where you go I'll find you, you cannot run from me, and the people you love will die, because the only person who you should love is me." She said and I saw her appear out of the clouds that circled around me, her face was hidden behind her cobra hood, but the only thing that I could see was a gleaming red eye that stared me down. 

"Where ever you go...I'll find you..." 

Back Into Reality... 

I woke with a me gasping for air, balls of sweat flowed down my pale skin, and I lied in a room, on a bed, and I heard the door open,"Crona?" It was Mia and Kioku,"You're finally awake." Mia said and I saw as Kioku stood in the back watching,"What happened?" I asked,"You blanked out, fainted." Kioku said,"What happened Crona?" Mia asked,"I'm not to sure, but one things for sure is that we've gotta get out of here." I said,"Why?" Kioku said,"It's not safe here, you guys aren't safe with me. If you're around me any longer, you will suffer." I said beginning to get off the bed. 

"Crona where are you going?" Kioku asked, "I have to go away, I can't be around you anymore, I don't want to get you guys hurt, please just understand-" I said and then I felt Kioku's hand grab onto my shoulder as I was about to walk out the door. 

"Wait." He said and then he turned me around,"Crona, you don't have to worry we'll be fine even with you. You don't have to worry about us since this will be our decision to come along and not yours." He said as I saw Mia come right by his side,"Kioku's right Crona with us by your side we would be the strongest team there is, you with Ragnarok and me as an energy sword there's no stopping us!" Mia said with confidence. 

I looked at them, will they really risk their lives to come with me, a person like me why would they want to? Do I provide happiness in their life? Pleasure? Encouragement? But no matter if they want to come then it will be final. 

I looked at the two and said,"Alright...if that is what you wish." And they seemed to be happy, but for how long will they be safe?

Back at Medusa's Home... 

The fire from the explosion kept burning flowing through the nearby forest no one was around that area so the fire burned freely. Beneath some trees that had fallen from the explosion was the snake woman. The trees were now thrown off and they were cut into two. Medusa ripped the trees off of her with the sharp Vector Arrows that surrounded her. She was in rage a dark aura surrounded her body, one of her eyes were regular the other glowed red beneath the hood that she wore. 

Her arrows went back into her skin, and she called upon her broom, and it flew towards her, she hopped on it sitting sideways, and she flew above the burning trees watching as they burned tree after tree.
