Chapter 28

JOSH POV'S:

A few days ago Riley called me and give the best new I ever had in my whole life, she is pregnant. Then I told to my girlfriend and told her that I would go see her, she didn't want to come but I did it anyway.

When I got here, I go directly to my brother's house. I found Riley and Farkle chilling on the couch, but Riley was crying and the only thought I had on my mind was that her lost her baby, but after all she told me that Maya have cancer, I quickly get out of there and go to Maya's house. 

-Josh.....(Maya)

-Hey Maya,so what's up? (Josh)

-Get out of here, now! (Maya)

-Maya, calm down. (Lucas said hugging her)

-You don't understand is because of him that I am like this! (Maya)

-What do you mean? What have I done? Tell me! (Josh)

-You leave here witout an explanation, you didn't call me back and when they found you were already with a girlfriend and you told Shawn that I didn't matter anymore to you. Do you know how I felt? (Maya)

-No Maya I don't......(Josh)

-That's right no one ever understand, that's point of life take care of yourself! (Maya)

-I know you have cancer, what was the cause of that? (Josh)

-I can't look at him, I have to go to school.....(Maya said leaving)

-She is with cancer because after you left she didn't handle it. I help her but she only thought about you and after she knew about all of that thing she started to take drugs and that made her seeing you, but after a long time we figure that out and then the drugs were addicting so when she didn't take it she feel pain. That also make you see your hated persons, this morning she fainted and I take her to the hospital and the doctor told us about the cancer. Here you have the truth, questions? No thank you, now I have to go. (Lucas)

As I understooded Maya started taking drugs because of me, she is like this because of me, so if I thought I had lost her, now I am shure I did!

MAYA POV'S:

Josh show up! It was necessary I almost die to him come back, which means that he don't like at all. Today it was Teacher Candice time and after that she will give extra class, she is my favourite teacher of all.

-Hey Maya, are you alright? (T.Candice)

-Yes I am, for your class I am always ready. (Maya)

-Hey teacher sorry of I am late! (Lucas)

-No problem Lucas seat down. Today we will talk about secrets and lies! "Life is full of secrets and lies", who agree? (T.Candice)

-I do, sometimes you know who your truly friends are when you heard then tell a lie when you know the truth behind it! (Lucas)

-Anyone knows a deep phrase that resume what Lucas just said? (T.Candice)

-Lies cute the heart, secrets scar the soul! (Maya)

-Where did you learn that? But it's really good, the typical "I trusted you and you betrayed me", Who we are? What secrets we tell to ourselves make us who we are? (T.Candice)

-Maybe the big lies are the one you tell to yourselve. (Darby)

-How someone can tell so many lies and never feel bad about it? (Lucas)

-Good question Lucas, can you answer it. (T.Candice)

-Liars usually don't get second chances, secrets don't make friends. Simple! (Maya)

-Well our class for today is almost done, so here's the last thing I want to tell. Every person has at least one secret that would break your heart, why don't you figure out what's yours? (T.Candice)

I started to thing that I don't have just one secret that would break th people heart. I am a teenage girls that figure out that have cancer, because she take drugs to see a boy that doesn't even care about her, she let go the love of her life and almost lost everything in life.

The next hour it would be me and Candice, she have a room just for us.

-Hey.....again! (T.Candice said smilling)

-Hey T.Candice (Maya)

-Call me Candice please! I am done with "Miss" or "Teacher" or other ones. (T.Candice)

-Okay  I will try harder. (Maya)

-So what's are we going to talk. Civil war, French revolution, travels? (T.Candice)

-We are going to talk about death! (Maya)

-Death?! Are you sure? (T.Candice)

-I am Candice, believe me I am more than ready! (Maya)

-But why? Do you have some disease? (T.Candice)

-I have cancer and I would like to explore the theme death! (Maya)

-Why don't you want to talk about hope and belief? (T.Candice)

-Because hope is for suckers! (Maya)

-When we have lost everything , including hope , life becomes a disgrace and death a duty, Maya death sometimes work as a tragic end because the people who stay here alive die with you! (T.Candice)

-I want them to continue their lives!  ( Maya)

-You can talk to me okay! Go on...(T.Candice)

-My hope has faded. I lost the love of my life, I discover that I have cancer... the boy that I was taking the drugs to see doesn't care and I am completely lost! (Maya)

-Maya, what I am going to tell you stay between us okay? Lucas talk to me in the other day and told all the story about you, he told me that he would fight for you till the end and if it doesn't work out for himthe fact of see your smile is enough for him. He loves you and you deep down you know it, make the boy happy because you know you like him to! (T.Candice)
