Chapter 33

LUCAS POV'S:

I was seat on a chair beside her bed, she looked like an angel. I was still holding her hand, this time I would make her the happiest person on earth. I put my head on the very edge of the bed and fell asleep, soon I was waken up by a hand on my hair.

-Good night, Miss Friar! (Maya)

-Maya... I fell asleep, but I have good news to tell you. (Lucas)

-What is it? Is Riley okay? (Maya)

-Yes, Riley is fine... thanks to you. The news I have is that, I don't how but you killed the cancer... you're not sick anymore Maya, you're an assasin of cancer. I love you! (Lucas)

-What? How? I don't have cancer anymore, I'm going to live. (Maya)

-Yes, you are... you're too hard to be killed! (Lucas laughing)

-So funny Mister Friar, be careful some people are easy to kill... (Maya)

She was my love and now she wasn't going to die. I wanted to ask her to marry me, but I wouldn't do it, it was too soon. After a couple moments of speaking Riley came into the room with Farkle and the baby.

-Hello godmother, how do you feel? (Riley)

-I'm fine Riles, so how are you? (Maya)

-She's alive thanks to you sis! (Farkle)

-Does the little girl already have a name? (Lucas)

-Yes, she is Sophia Matthews Hart... did you like it? (Riley)

-Actually I did like it, it's beautiful. (Maya)

-She's so alike you two... I've never seen anyone who looked like their parents like this one here! (Lucas)

-I'll take that as a compliment... (Farkle laughing)

-Now it's better for us to go home, do you come Lucas? (Riley)

-Yes, I will... just going to say goodbye to Maya. (Lucas)

-Bye Maya, sleep well! (Riley/ Farkle)

Then I gave a kiss and said goodbye too, my wish was to spend the night there with her but I was forbidden. She stayed with her eyes closed, after all no TV, no phone... nothing just four walls and herself.

JOSH POV'S:

I was with a girl named... I don't really know her name but who cares. Lately Riley has been updating me about Maya status, I've calling her and texting her about it, today I heard Riley needed a blood transfusion and when I arrive to the hospital they've told me someone have already gave her blood. The only person who was compatible with her besides me was Maya, so I'm sure it was her. 

I talked with every doctor who was the head of that process, he update me with everything and I heard Maya did a miracle, she doesn't have cancer anymore. She'll survive, as she always does! I waited for them to live Maya alone in her room, nobody as seen me, then Lucas was the last one to leave the room. I took a look from outside of the room, Maya was with her eyes closed almost sleeping but then she wake up and looked at every hall and saw nothing. In that same moment I decided to enter the room.

-Hi Maya... (Josh)

-Get the hell out of my room before I call a nurse! (Maya screaming)

-Stop! Hear me for once, I came to talk to you... not making bad things to you! (Josh)

-Fine... you have ten minutes, then out. (Maya)

-Ok. I've heard you don't have cancer anymore and I'm happy about it, I'm happy for you. I came here after I knew you were in a bad situation and Riley needed blood and in this city only two persons had her blood type, you and me. So I came and the news spread fast in this hospital, Maya... I love you, you know that. I don't have to say it because you can feel it right here in my heart. Our life has been a mess, mainly mine has been a mess since you are out of it, please forgive and give me another chance! (Josh)

-Forgive you?! I'll forgive and like the cancer you need to dissapear from my life! (Maya)

-I didn't know you were taking drugs because of me, I didn't... if I knew I wouldn't let you! Believe me! Your too important for me to lose you! (Josh)

-Josh, neither way I am with Lucas and I love him... he is the right person for me, he cares about me, he truly loves me... you might love me enough but you made mistakes I'll never forget... I'm sorry! (Maya)

-If you don't want me, then I'll tell you this. You and Lucas may marry each other, have kids but in the end you'll end up with me otherwise you'll end up murder. In life you only have two options, me and me! (Josh leaving)

I seemed mad right now, but I don't care. My life is a trash and she is the one who needs to clean it. I know I messed up, but who never does... in other way life wouldn't be fun. I work now, I end colege, I have money, I have all the girls I want but the one I want doesn't want me. Life is unfair!

MAYA POV'S:

I couldn't tell Lucas, Josh threatened me. He would kill him, but my translation of what he said is that or I end up my relantionship with Lucas or he's going to kill him or kill me. So I decided I'm going to leave this place and go far away from here, alone with no one of the two, if I find someone... good, otherwise I'll just saty alone.

-Hey love, what are you thinking about? (Riley)

-Hey Riles, I need to get out of this place. (Maya)

-I know, the doctor release you just now. (Riles)

-Riles is not from the hospital, I meant this city! (Maya)

-What? Why do you want that? Here you have us and Lucas! (Riles)

-It is because of that I need to leave, this place reminds me of too many things... I will end the things with Lucas but I'll not mention me leaving and you will try to not know anything about this. (Maya)

-Fine, can I at least buy the tickets? (Riley)

-No, I'll buy it, that way you don't know where I'm going. (Maya)

-Then I'll call Lucas. (Riley)

She left, I trusted her I knew she wouldn't tell anything to Lucas. She returned.

-He's waiting at your house, let's go.

The whole ride home she didn't spoke anything to me... anything, not a word. Then I saw my house, I step out of the car and runned upstairs, when I enter it smeeled like my house but I didn't saw Lucas he must be on my room, I enter and he was laid in the bed, after he saw me he got up.

-Riley said you wanted to speak to me, is everything okay? (Lucas)

-No, it's not. I need to break up with you and this time for real, forever! (Maya)

-You can't do that to me, I love you! (Lucas)

-It's because of that I need to leave you, because of our love can get you killed! (Maya)
