Felix's POV
I leaned against the cave wall, gasping for breath. I heard a faint screech. "Good, far enough away," I muttered, continuing on my way. That Wendigo had been chasing me for a long time. After the guys had died, I ran towards where i came from. That Wendigo had jumped in front of me, causing me to go a different way. And after running for a bout 45 minutes, I think I finally lost them. I kept walking, making sure not to make too much noise. I tripped over something, my body crashing to the rock floor. I rubbed y back looking down near my feet. A small piece of carved wood lay there. It looked like those totems that Marzia and Signe told me about, and the one we found while searching for Jack, Mark and Amy. It had shone Jack sobbing at a hole. I didn't understand it. I picked this one up and looked at it. It flashed the six of us running to the cable car. Well, it looked like a couple of us were hobbling. Who could have gotten hurt? I kept walking, thinking about those totems. They must have a meaning to them. I remember when Marzia and Sihne told me about the first one, it was Jack and Amy, hanging on a wall. When we found the rat of the group, it was that exact same picture. So maybe there premonitions? Visions into the future. As I pondered over this, I heard rocks hit each other and a gasp. "Who's there," I called, raising up the gun I still held. Please don't be a Wendigo, please don't be a Wendigo. "Felix...is that you?" I gripped the gun tighter. The man said that Wendigos can imitate people voices. "I said, who is there?!" The person stepped out into the light and I lowered the gun, relieved it wasn't what I thought it was.
