"Mrs. James, she's waking up." The nurse pokes her head into the waiting room and Diane rushes in.

It's almost three in the morning and  the kids have all fallen asleep in their chairs.

"Ninette?" She asks softly as she takes her seat next to the bed and takes her daughter's hand in hers.

Ninette coughs weakly and her eyes flutter open. "Mom." She croaks.

Her breathing is loud and rough, like a machine.

"Honey, what happened?" Mrs. James pleads.

Ninette looks around slowly. "I fell."

"Well yeah, I got that part." Mrs. James tries to smile.

"I hit something hard. I don't really remember anything after that."

Mrs. James squeezes Ninette's hand.

"The doctor said you can't go back to working for at least a few months."

"What!" Ninette's heart monitor jumps and a nurse comes in to ease her back down to her pillow.

"Don't worry, you can still go in around the office, but this means no going out on missions or anything like that. "

Ninette blinks slowly. "That sucks."

Mrs. James lets herself laugh a tiny bit.

"You can come home tomorrow morning, but they want you to rest up a bit before doing anything."

Ninette only nods a little in confirmation.

Meanwhile, Tre's woken up and resorted to texting Naya, who has yet to fall asleep back at the house.

I'm thinking about you, she sends.

I'm thinking about you, too. Tre replies.

Do you wanna see something?

Tre grins and sends back Sure.

After a minute, a new picture message pops up on Tre's phone, and he lookis around to see if Mads and Darien are awake before opening the file.

He smirks and looks down at the pic.

It's Naya, in the upstairs bathroom in nothing but her underwear.

Hot, Tre texts back.

Can you come home now? Ninette's room is empty. Naya says, followed with a wink face.

On my way.

"Mom, do you need anything? I'm going to run back to the house."

Mrs. James looks up wearily- probably from a lack of sleep. "Uh, no honey I'm okay." She goes to turn back around but points at Tre again. "Actually, can you drive back and pick us up in the morning? Ninette's being discharged around 10."

"Sure." Tre starts off in the other direction and smiles to himself, celebrating his small victory.

When Tre gets back to the house and drops the keys on the table by the door, he tries to sneak into his room to put his shoes in the closet.

He moves slowly, hopign to not wake Eamon up, but Tre finds him sitting up in his bed, staring blankly at the wall.

"Tre?" He asks gruffly.

"What?" Tre hisses through the dark.

Eamon takes a slow breath in. "I was just going to ask why you're home."

"That's not really any of your business, now is it?" Tre scoffs at him and heads back to the door.

"Wait, where are you going?" Eamon asks.

Tre just looks at him for a second and continues on his way.

"Are you going to meet Naya?" Eamon says more devilishly, like he knows everything.

Tres stops dead and his blood runs cold.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Tre lies, jaw quivering.

"I heard you in the bathroom." Eamon argues.

Tre thinks for a second before responding.

"Say anything, and I'll have you out of this house before you can blink an eye, Orphan Boy."

"I'm not the only one who's living without there parents. At least I know where mine are." Eamon bites back.

Tre approaches Eamon on his bed and stares down at him. "You may be older than me, but I could kick your ass, no sweat." Tre growls. "So if I were you, I would keep my mouth shut. Especially to my sister who's in the hospital."

Tre storms out, trying not to slam the door and wake up the rest of the house, including Jess who had crashed on the couch.

He steps into Ninette's room and locks the door behind him.

"I've been waiting." Naya whispers, moving close to him and running her hand down his chest.

Tre kisses her once before he helps her pull his shirt over his head.

Naya slides out of her pajama shorts and scoots back onto Ninette's bed and Tre frowns a little.

"Can we, maybe, do this on the cot?" Tre motions to the small bed on the floor that Madison often uses.

"Why?" Naya looks at him like he has to be joking.

Tre sighs, "I don't know, nevermind." He pushes the thoughts aside and wraps his arms around her, kissing her neck tenderly.

"How long do we have until everyone else comes home?" Naya asks, plantins kisses up and down Tre's cheeks.

"All night," Tre smiles and pulls her hips closer to his.

Naya wraps her legs around Tre's waist and giggles softly.

He kisses her harder and Naya reaches over toward Ninette's bedside table.

"Whoa, what're you doing?" Tre asks with a wild expression.

Naya raises an eyebrow. "She may have your mom fooled, but we all know what she was doing with Kellan." she says as shes pulls a box of condoms from the drawer.

"There's something about picturing your sister having sex with a grown man that makes you want to vomit." Tre says flatly.

"See, there's nothing wrong with us being together. At least we're the same age."

"I guess so." He sighs and kisses her again.
