NIALL

"Alright just sing here and you both can get this out of the way and go your separate ways " zayns lawyer said

Zayn looked up and glared at him "how about Niall starts first..."

I grabbed the paper and singed it. Zayn looked at me sadly and looked at the paper "alright zayn...you can sing your name now" he said

"You know what? How about no! " he said he grabbed the paper and ripped it apart

"Zayn what are you-" he cut me off pinning me to the wall and kissing me roughly

"I'm not leaving and I'm not losing you! I live you and that's why I married you 8 years ago and I want to continue more years with you" he said

I started thinking and I felt that just cuz we fight a lot and don't have much communication doesn't mean a divorce fixes it

"Zayn...how about we fix this"I said smiling "ohh well I have this perfect idea for you two" his lawyer said

"And by fixing I mean me and zayn alone" I said I grabbed his hand and walked out of the building

Let's just say things turned out better then we expected

ZAYN

Rebecca started crying and Niall was next to her playing PS3

"Niall!" I said from our room fixing my homework and talking with my mum on the phone

"What the fuck you want?!" He said "control Rebecca I'm busy up here!" I said back

"Why can't you do it?" He yelled "mum ill call you back" I told her and hanged up

I walked downstairs to find him eating and on the phone with a friend

"don't you see your fucking daughter is crying her eyes out?! And your just sitting there like nothing?!" I yelled at him

He hanged up his call "well you could get the fuck off the phone and a break and attend her!" He said

"I'm talking with my mum who I haven't seen in 6 months non like you who your mom lives 5 houses away and I'm trying to finish homework to graduate!"

"Ohh graduate this ohh graduate that! Ohh shut up already!" He said "I'm doing this for Rebecca and you you obviously you don't care cuz you already graduated but I do!" I yelled at him

"Of course I care but it's so annoying I can't take it anymore!" He said

That was it for me

I ran upstairs I grabbed my backpack and I put my clothe,computer,photos,sketch book and other stuff

I put it on my back and walked downstairs

I grabbed Rebecca and my books "where are you going?!" He asked

"I'm leaving Niall! You don't care about my studies, our daughter and us so...I'm leaving and I want a divorce" I said

"No please zayn...don't leave me or get a divorce I love you and Rebecca but please don't do this to me " he said

Tears started going down my face. He moved his hands and grabbed Rebecca who was still crying

He sat on the floor and I did too with him putting my backpack down

"Shhh....come on baby calm down " he said

She stopped crying and cuddle up in his chest with her middle finger and index finger in her mouth with her little arm around his neck

He smiled at her and looked up at me

"Babe...if you need a break I'm fine with that...take your time with your studies...maybe take a trip to see your mum...I want you to be happy...but I want you to be happy with me" he said grabbing my hand

I smiled at him and kissed him

"I'm glad you're giving me this chances...and yes I do need a break so I can focus on my studies and Rebecca after studies I'm going to see my mom and after that me and you are gonna have some us time " I said

"That I can handle" he said I leaned in and hugged him with Rebecca in the middle
