Hermione Granger x Reader

Pregnancy

 Hermione paced around her bedroom panicking while Ginny desperately tried to calm her down.

 "Hermione, it's okay," Ginny said, watching her friend mumbling to herself. "Maybe the test was wrong or-"

 "No Ginny, I've double checked it with the muggle device and the spell." Hermione fiddled with her fingers. "What am I going to do? How am I going to tell Y/N that I'm carrying their child?"

 Hermione dropped herself on her bed with her head in her hands. Ginny sat beside her, panting her back to calm her down.

 "Hermione," she started. "Y/N loves you so much, and I'm sure that whatever happens they won't leave your side. But just know that you have to tell them. This is also their child after all and they deserve to know."

 "You're right, I'll tell them tonight."

 Hermione waited anxiously for your arrival, practicing how she would break the news to you. Suddenly, she heard a knock on her bedroom door. Her heart rate gradually speed up as she saw you enter her bedroom.

 "Hey 'mione," You said, kissing her cheek and taking a seat right beside her on the bed. "Something you needed to see me for?"

 "Yes, I uh well," she started, forgetting everything she had just practiced. Panic took over her and you eyed her with a worried expression. You took her hands into yours which calmed her down. She took a deep breath and continued. "Y/N, there's no easy way to say this, but I'm pregnant with your child."

 She watched as your expression changed to complete shock. Hermione searched your face, looking for some sort of answer of approval or rejection.

 "You're sure?" You asked, still staring at Hermione with wide eyes.

 "Yes," she responded.

 Hermione broke her gaze away from you, ready to be rejected. Instead, you pulled her into a hug and peppered her face with kisses. Hermione couldn't help but let a giggle escape her lips.

 "I love you Hermione, and I'm so happy that we will soon have a child together." You said, looking into her eyes with a loving smile. You couldn't wait for the life you would have with Hermione.
