Ciara POV
Onika has been acting waaaaaayyy strange the last few days. Every time I try to ask her she brushes it off as nothing and today is the last time that's being said. I make my way out of my Economics class and head for my locker.
"Hey baby" She says while kissing me
"Hey" I mumble
"What's wrong?" She asks
"I don't know, you tell me" I say
"Really?" She asks
"Really" I say
"I see the look you give me, if it involves me I have the right to know" I say
"You're right" She sighs
"I'll tell you after school" She mumbles
The bell rings and she grabs my hand, pulling me towards the door.
"Where we going?" I ask
"My house, we'll be back by lunch" She says
We get in the car and I watch as she grips the steering and press on the gas harder, I'm used to her reckless driving tho. When we get to her house we go in her room, I grab a PlayStation controller and lay on my stomach, starting a game. She lays next to me with a lit blunt.
"It's a lot about me and the other that you don't know" She mumbles
"Stuff that would make you run, never see or talk to us again, you'll be confused, and it's really risky for certain people to know" She adds
"Why would it be risky for me to know?" I ask
She inhales the smoke and slowly releases it while running her hand through her hair.
"You really wanna know?" She asks
"Yes, you look so stressed and sad like something is eating you alive, I just want you to really be fine" I say
She puts the blunt out and turns me over onto my back, she lays between my legs.
"I'll tell you when the others get here" She says
I nod my head and she leans down to my lips.
"I love you" She mumbles against them
"I love you too" I say
She kisses me and I wrap my arms around her neck, deepening it. A few minutes later she stands up and goes on the other side of the room.
"They're here so I'm just gonna tell you" She sighs
"I'm a vampire and so are they"
