I Don't Care (Lee Soohyuk FF)

Chapter 76: Caught

Missed me, fam? I guess I should apologize and not apologize at the same time. As I told you before, getting busier and busier...

But since I've found time to write today... here it goes.

"Who are you?"

Hearing a familiar voice as both me and Daniel were as much as surprised, we froze.

Knowing that it was Soohyuk, I turned and raised my head to look at him clearly and that made me fall down on the couch. "AGHK!"

*BLAG!*

Daniel was surprised, "Minjung!" He immediately turned around and knelt down to place his hands on my shoulder, planning to lift me up.

But before he could even pull me up, I saw him get pulled by Soohyuk and *SMACK!*... he got punched.

I gasped, "DANIEL!" I shouted calling him as I did my best to sit up straight. But the damn alcohol was making it hard for me. 

"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!" Soohyuk said through his gritted teeth as he looked at Daniel who was on the floor.

"SOOHYUK!" I called him, warning. My sight started to blur and swirl, causing me to hold the couch beside me.

Soohyuk balled his fists in anger, his face was so red, and his jaw was clenched. I could hear his heavy breathing from a bit a distance.

I closed my eyes because I could already feel myself fainting, "Soo...Soohyuk--"

"I'm alright, Minjung..." Daniel groaned, holding his face as he stood up slowly.

I open my eyes from time to time to see what's happening.

Suddenly, I saw Daniel bow to Soohyuk. I narrowed my eyes.

 "I apologize." Daniel says. But Soohyuk just looks at him angrily, still in rage. 

Since they both were tall, it wasn't hard for them to look at one another.

Gawsh.

"I believe you are Minjung's husband?" He continues.

Soohyuk narrows his eyes at him, "I am warning you--"

"Mrs. Lee came down to the bar to have a drink, Sir." Despite Daniel being older than Soohyuk, he treated my husband with respect, shutting the younger down. "Unfortunately, she got drunk and asked me, as a friend and a staff in this hotel, to guide her back to her room."

Soohyuk breathes in angrily still, "Why didn't you just--"

"She didn't trust anyone at all." His voice flowed beautifully, "And it seems like she has a problem with you that she had to come and consult to me."

My husband raised his head to him, "What are you trying to say?"

Daniel huffed a chuckle, "I know I have no rights to talk to you, but let me tell you something as a gentleman." He also raises his head, "Who, in this cruel world, marries a  woman, goes to their honeymoon, and instead comes to the hospital with her ex?" He asked through his gritted teeth.
