I planned to escape.
"You're probably hungry, let me make you-" He grabbed my hand stopping me.
I immediately looked up, my eyes nervous.
Looking me in the eye, he swiftly stole the envelope from my hand.
I was awoken from my thoughts when I saw him holding the envelope already.
"Y-Yahh..." I could feel my knees tremble as he opened it and pulled out the papers.
His eyes skimmed through the paper.
My heart banging through my chest hoping he wouldn't get angry, he rolled his eyes down at me. He narrowed them and furrowed his brows.
I swallowed a lump on my throat.
He turned his hand to show me the papers, "Divorce papers?" He cocked a brow.
My breath hitched, "Honey it's not what you think-"
"And it's signed?!" He shockingly said with mix of exaggeration.
My face blushed red. "Honey, that's not it." I walked a step to him and held his hand, "I-" but he turned around and walked away.
I immediately followed behind him, "Soohyuk please let me explain." I begged, but his steps were too big that I have to stretch my leg wider to flow with his pace.
He clenches his jaw as he held tightly the paper, walking up the stairs straight to his room.
He closes the door but I stopped it on time, "Honey, please!" I desperately begged, followed him up to his room.
Soohyuk suddenly turned around, me accidentally bumping my face on his chest. "Ow..." I groaned before taking a step back.
He breathed deeply causing his chest to risen, "So tell me where you've been, hmm?" He tilts his head to the side.
I swayed my head from side to side, "Baby, please tell me first you'll believe me-"
"Just tell me!" He frustratingly commanded.
I heaved in a huge sigh as I closed my eyes, "I-I went to my lawyer's office-"
"Oh, Park Chanyeol?" He crosses his arms.
My eyes widen, "H-How'd you know?" I was surprised, really.
Soohyuk grabbed my phone and showed me a text message, "Here. It says there. Oh, and look, you even sent a smiley face..." He clenched his jaw, "A SMILEY FACE!" Soohyuk repeats for who-knows-what reason.
I furrowed my brows, "Honey! Let me explain!" I raised my voice.
He raises his chin, "You got these from him, didn't you?" His eyes narrowed down at me.
I weakly nodded, "Yes-"
"So you were really planning to divorce me?" He lightly punches his chest.
