"Damn Luke that new girl is hot" My friend Michael said when we were in front of my locker

"Yeah shes very pretty" I said

"So you gonna hook up with her?" He asked elbowing me

"No, I dont do that mike" I didnt just want to hook-up with a girl, and Aurora didnt seem like that type of girl

"Come on, have you seen her!" He said

"Yes, i have, and i like her"

"How about you just invite her to the party after the game saturday?" He said

"Eh, i dont know, she's only been here a two weeks, but i'll ask" I told him, but his eyes had wondered over to Meredith. A girl we have known all our life, she was standing down the hallway with Adison and Charlotte.

Michael really liked her, no matter how hard he tried to say otherwise. I cleared my throat and he looked back at me and played off the puppy dog eyes he had for her. I repeat my sentence.

"Cool, and you better get her, before someone else does" He said then walked off. I went to History and greeted Aurora before i sat down. When we had done the assiment for the day i started to talk to her

"So we are having a party after our game on saturday, do you want to come with me?" I asked

"Oh...i dont know" she said bitting her lips slightly

"Come on, you can be my date....i mean not my date, date, but you could go with me and....well you know what i mean" Wow i was bad at this. She laughed then looked at me, she just looked at me, her eyes calm and beautiful.

"Okay i'll go with you" She said, but i saw uncertainty in her eyes

"So i'll pick you up at 9?" I asked. She only nodded and looked away. The image of her eyes in the back of my head.

I was sitting at lunch, Aurora was gone. again.

"I dont like that girl" Jamie said rolling her eyes. Jamie has the biggest crush on me, and half the school, well if crush means she wants to fuck the whole school. Which in that case she is half way there.

"You dont even know her" Michael said with food in his Mouth

"So? She's all like "Look at me, i'm american and shy. Fall for me" Yuck, she probably is one of those weird despressed girls" She stuck her finger in her mouth and fake gagged

"Just shut the fuck up Jamie" I groaned "you dont know anything about her" I said, as I got up and left. Everyone at the table looking around at each other and Jamie sitting there with her mouth dropped

I was half-way down the hall when i passed the music wing. I went inside and ran my fingers down the piano keys. I went through the door that leads to the stage and the door was cracked when i heard Someone singing.
