15: Drunken Mistakes

 February 5 6.00 Am

The rest of the weekend went by in a blur and by Monday morning, I was worn out. I opened the door to Nathan’s dark apartment and sighed as I looked at the guys strewn across the room. “Jace…” I mutter to myself as I made my way around and over the people in the living room. I tip toed into the kitchen and pulled out the pancake mix. I glanced at the clock, two hours until we have to leave. I made a batch of 30 or so pancakes and started on the bacon and eggs.

I finished cooking and making coffee and I walked out to a table surrounded by hungry looking guys. I chuckled and set the food down and they all lunged for it. I laughed lightly and scanned over the guys. I recognized one as Rhett. “Hi Rhett.”  I smiled sweetly at him. He acknowledged me through his mouthful of food and I laughed lightly. Someone poked me in the ribs and I squealed clutching my sides.

 “Boo.” Nathan snickered. I scowled.

“Not nice!” I stuck my tongue out childishly. He smirked and grabbed some food. I trotted off to awake Jace. I slowly opened his door and noticed he was dead asleep. I chuckled and walked towards him.

He was laying on his back and I slowly straddled his midsection. I put my hands on either side of his head and his eyes snapped open in an instant. His hand flew to my hips and I smirked. I hopped off of him and made my way to the door. “Good, you’re up.” I Smiled. “Get ready. We leave in an hour.” I left the room a smirk on my face.

Jace’s arms wrapped around my waist and I was carried back into his room and thrown on to is bed. “You tease.” He growled huskily as he appeared over me wearing a pair of basketball shorts. His smirk was almost as big as mine. I leaned up towards him, my lips slightly parted and he closed his eyes. I inconspicuously slipped out from underneath him and ran to the kitchen and hid on top of the fridge. The guys gave me strange looks and I held a finger to my lips as I pointed towards the hallway Jace came from.

 “Where is she?” He asked

A collection of “I don’t know” was stated and Rhett blurted out Canada and Nathan thumped the back of his head. Jace took off down the hallway again and I hopped down.

“Muah ha ha ha ha!” I exclaimed. As I got off the fridge. Jace shot back into the kitchen and threw me over his shoulder. I screamed as I was carried into the bedroom and thrown on the bed once more. Jace kissed me hungrily and I wrapped my arms around his neck. He pressed his hips against mine and I pulled away.

“Get ready for work you horny bastard.” I winked and skipped out of the room.

4.37 PM

“Bye, Wes! Thanks for the ride!” I called, waving to him. I walked into my house and up to my room to see a scowling Jace.

“Hey, babe. What’s wrong?” I asked glancing at him questioningly as I tossed my crap on my desk.

“Why’d you ride home with him?” He asked angrily. It was more of a statement than a question.

“We were both at track and he…”

“Why didn’t Nathan give you a ride home?” He cut me off.

“He was at work and I...” I stammered. Jace’s hand whipped across my face and I let out an agonized gasp.

“What the fuck?” I hissed through my teeth in pain.

“Are you cheating on me?” He growled.

 “What?! No!! Why would you-“

“From now on you only take rides from Me, Nathan and Stephen.” He said sternly and with that he turned and left my room.
