The sun had just sunk below the horizon. The pink and gold painting the sky began to fade away into the bluish black in the sky, masking a (tall/short), (h/c) woman from the prying eyes of the guards.

Slipping past the doors and into the house was easier than (Y/n) expected, but executing her plan would be harder. She needed to find the Princess's room and kill her without any witnesses, clean up the blood, dispose of the body, and sneak back to her hideout. Easier said than done, right?

Actually, it was quite easy. She found the princess near the bathrooms and followed her to her room without anyone seeing. Just as she closed her door, (Y/n) stuck her foot to prevent it from closing and walked in.

The princess backed away as the unknown woman closed her door and backed her into a corner. "W-who are y-you?"

"Just a girl, doing her job in order not to get beheaded, princess." The (h/c) girl brandished a knife at the redheaded princess and placed it over her throat. She was about to do the deed when the door slid open and a tall boy with a long ponytail opened the door.

"Hey, princess! Really quickly before you fell asleep, I wanted......to...." The boy stopped dead in his tracks, taking in the situation. (Y/n) turned at looked at the boy with a pale face.

Well, crap.

(Y/n) turned and ran for the window. She crossed her arms over her face to brace herself as she crashed out of the window and flat on her back. She picked herself up and sprinted away. She began to freak out as she heard footsteps behind her.

"Stop!" It was the boy from earlier.

"Yeah, like I'm gonna stop and let a kid like you catch me! Hah!" She yelled over her shoulder and ran faster.

She turned a corner by a cliff. If she could make it to the waterfall, maybe she could lose him. If only that were the case. One minute, she was running along the cliffside, the next minute the boy had tackled her off the cliff and they were both falling. All (Y/n) saw before she blacked out a the green eyes of the boy that ruined her life.

  "What happened?" Sasuke picked himself off the ground and held his head.

  "I'm tryin' to figure that out, okay? I can't remember. I can't remember anything. Wait a minute. I remember you. Your that stuck-up little brat that got in my way!" The (h/c) girl glared at him angrily.

  "Hey, you. No time to waste. Let's go." She began to walk a little ways before stopping, realising he hadn't followed.

  "Hey, tiny, I want to get out of this hellhole, wouldn't you? Now let's go." She snapped her fingers at him.

  "No."

  "You wanna run that by me again?" She stopped and finally turned to face him, a downright ugly look etched on her face.

  "I can't let you go back unless you change your mind about hurting the princess." Sasuke stated firmly, crossing his arms.

  "Oh, ahaha. Right, I won't do it, return empty handed and get beheaded. Yeah, how about no."

  "Then I guess I can't take you back." He turned his head away and nodded in a final sort of way.

"Fine. I don't need you. I can find my own way back." She stuck her tongue out at him and walked away.
