Eijun and Esumi stood side by side in the dugout. Their bags slung over their shoulders. "Hurry up, Esu." Eijun ushered, already beginning to walk away. Esumi nodded her head, turning back to look around. She quickly made sure that no one forgot anything, before moving to catch up with her brother and her teammates.

"Hey, hurry and clean up the bench!" Yuki yelled out to the regulars. Everyone replied with a loud 'yes' and began to move faster in gathering their belongings.

"Don't forget anything!" Miyuki called out to the four first years, who naturally bounded together in a group.

Esumi rolled her eyes. "Yes, Miyuki-senpai!" She responded, though it sounded more sarcastic. Miyuki scowled in response, but chose not to say anything. He merely shook his head and walked off.

"You were in top form today!" Haruichi complemented Eijun. "I think it was quite good how you held down the middle part, after Furuya-kun."

"I was surprised too, Ei-nii." Esumi added in. She was grinning widely, but the younger twin didn't even bother to look at her brother. "You were really reliable today." The girl laughed. From the corner of her eyes, she saw Eijun pout.

Eijun's pout rapidly formed into a wide smile. He looked ahead, quietly reminiscing over the past couple hours. "Well...I was pretty desperate." Eijun glanced toward his sister and his close friend. "They were leading us on and I didn't want to lose in enthusiasm."

"No, no." Haruichi shook his head. "It was splendid pitching. Really well done."

Not used to being complemented by the pink haired first year, Eijun's confidence was instantly boosted. "Y-you really think so too!"

Miyuki chuckled, listening to the three first year students talk. "It's all because Akikawa's batters were so hasty in their swings...Your pitches sucked, and most were right in the middle anyway." Eijun glared at the second year catcher.

Esumi shook her head, "You're way too mean, Miyuki-senpai. It won't kill you to tell Ei-nii that he did a good job today."

The second year only smirked, and let the small girl walk past him. Miyuki turned to look back at the southpaw pitcher. "You still have a long way to become like You." The catcher teased, comparing Eijun to Akikawa's ace.

Quickly Miyuki walked off. "Just watch!! In time, I also will be called a precise machine!" Eijun yelled after the annoying second year.

"No, never." Miyuki scoffed.

"Yeah! That's not going to happen!" Jun and Kuramochi yelled in agreement. No one on the Seidou baseball team was going to let Eijun's ego get any bigger. At least, not until he actually had the skills to back it up.

"Like you two are any better." Esumi smirked, looking at both of her upperclassmen. "How many time have you been struck out by You?"

Jun reached out to hit the girl, but since it was such a usual thing, Esumi was quickly getting accustomed to the third year's reaction time. "Say's the girl that passed out." He grumbled.

"I'm not the only one on the team that's hidden an injury of some sort." The girl retorted. Her gold eyes glinting mischievously. Jun rose an eyebrow, wondering what the small girl ment. "Besides, heat stroke wasn't the only thing I was dealing with." Esumi said, but it was mostly directed toward herself. Before she could be questioned, the small brunette haired girl walked away.
