I wouldn't change a thing 2009

21 2 1

I wouldn't change a thing

Even for a diamond ring

A red diamond, that makes bling.

Even if I could cancel school

And make life really cool.

Maybe I could rule

I guess I would be a fool.

Even if I could help the old

And give them all a piece of gold.

Even if I could find a friend for every stranger

And keep people away of danger.

You won't have to call 911

Cause I'll take every bomb and gun.

Even if I could make anyone rich

And turn my enemy into an ugly witch.

Cause if I changed a tiny thing

I would change the world and maybe kill a king.

In the world there would be a hole

And I would change my soul

I'm sure that's not my goal.

So I'll enjoy life, every hour

And feel pain and feel power.

So I wouldn't change a thing

Even for a diamond ring

A red diamond that makes bling.

Age: 13 quite a busy year ;), Place: same

I remember showing this to my English teacher. She was astound that a 13-year old was really that at peace with the world and herself and accepted things the way they are....

Since right now at 20 I have a lot of insecurities about my self, it means a lot to know that there was a time where I really liked who I was. And I wonder what happened a long the way....
