Hey guys! I'm so sorry to have disappeared for a whole month. My exams were up. I still tried to write this chapter and was halfway through it (ask Heathen_xoxo) but then I just couldn't finish it. And when my exams were over, I had a terrible writer's block. So I figured maybe if I try and write, I'll be able to overcome it. So here I am back with another update!Dedicated to VHThompson for being an awesome friend! She's really fun to talk to and a very understanding person! I also love her books. Make sure to check 'em out.
Chapter 9
Ryan's POV
Everyone has been giving me a headache lately. Today has been so stressful, and as if that alone wasn't enough...
"If you're happy and you know it clap your hands,"
Clap-clap
"If you're happy and you know it clap your hands,"
Clap-clap
"If you're happy and you know it, then you really ought to show it,
If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands."
Clap-clap
I cannot help the heavy sigh that escapes my lips.
I should've never told her. I so regret it now.
"If you're happy and you know it tap your feet,"
Stomp-stomp
"If you're happy and you know it tap your feet,"
Stomp-stomp
So now, since I don't want to have any more regrets, I'm going to go ahead and do what I have been wanting to do the entire day - kill everyone present around me. And first and foremost, Tristan.
Apparently, what Iris did today has helped him to momentarily forget his dilemma from yesterday and behave like the Tristan I know- annoying as hell. And now, I'm not really sure if I should be happy about that or not.
But I still wouldn't mind killing him. And I would have surely done it if it wasn't for the other two idiots entering the scene. Meredith and Bennett look at Tristan like he has lost his freaking mind.
Well, he actually has.
Seeing their facial expression, he pauses and removes his phone from his jeans. Tapping away on the phone screen, he shows Bennett and Meredith something. Their facial expression morphs into an unbelievable one, as they look at the screen, then up at me, and back at the phone. This goes on for some more time until they wear the same expression as Tristan.
Offering his sickly sweet smile, Bennett opens his mouth. And that's when I know it's my doom.
"If you're happy and you know it, chant hurray,"
"Hurray!" Tristan and Meredith howl loudly. And I huff out air in lethal anger.
I'm going to suck every single drop of blood out of them.
