*Sky's pov*

I wake up to hear birds outside my window. I quickly grab my phone and check the time. I make sure what today it and im right its monday "Shit I over slept" I say and fall back onto my bed.

"Why didnt Rebecca wake me up?" I say frustrated. I get out of bed and make my way downstairs. I go to the kitchen and sit at the counter bar.

I notice a piece of paper and pick it up. To see Rebecca's hand writing

"Sky I didnt wake you up for school because I over slept as well. Kayla and Jose rode the bus I guess. I didn't bother waking you up because when I woke up it was already 10 o clock. Both your father and I, plus kayla and jose wont be home for about a week. We're going to my family reunion"

I frown as I read the letter "wow thanks for letting me know even my own father didn't tell me". I take out my phone and text caroline.

Sky:sorry im not at school
Caroline: what happened?
Sky: [picture of letter]
Caroline: O im sorry babe
Sky: it's cool wanna come over to my dads today?
Caroline:yeah let me text my mom and get her to tell the school i can get off at your stop.
Sky: make sure to ask if you can skip this week..ok bye weirdo ily
Caroline: oki doki..ily2

I smile at my phone staring at the conversation. I can't wait to see her later. Caroline makes me so happy its only been 3 months and I've never been happier.

"I guess im not going to school for a week" I laugh to myself. Im gonna text Jonathan hes probably skipping anyways.

Sky: aye loser where are you
Jonathan: home bitch wby
Sky: same wanna hang?
Jonathan: omw
Sky: cool

Jonathan lives like 30 minutes walking distance away. So he usually comes whenever I call. He'll walk most times but his mom might bring him today.

I go ahead and walk upstairs to my room. Taking my laptop from the table and going on tumblr.

About an hour later my phone vibrates and I have a message from Jonathan.

Jonathan: here
Sky: k

I run downstairs and open the door to see Jonathan standing there. He gives me a hug "why are you outta school". Its a long story I say while walking into the kitchen to show him the note.

He reads it and laughs "brutal" I shrug my shoulders "yeah it sucks they suck, but at least I get the house to myself for a week. Jonathan smirks "party?" I laugh "nah bro"

I look at my feet "caroline is coming over after school". He wiggles his eyebrows at me. I slap his arm "shut up I hate you".

He laughs "no you don't" I roll my eyes "I know, but still shut up". I grab a drink from the fridge throwing one at Jonathan and making my way upstairs.

We chill in my room and watch movies. Sly comments escape his lips about me and Caroline every time he gets the chance.

I hit him almost every time. It stays like this till 3 o clock then Jonathan decides to go home. "Welp imma go home now gotta lot of stuff to do" he says and gets up walking downstairs.

"Bye text me later" I say following him to lock the front door. "Okay" he says and waves bye.

I walk back upstairs and decide to take a nap. knowing I only have like an hour I turn my ringtone all the way up. I lay my phone beside my face and drift off to sleep.

I wake up to my phone going off I wipe the slobber from my mouth and answer. "Hello?" still sounding half asleep. "Hey sky its me caroline" she says giggling.

"Oh hey" I say sitting up "are you here?" I hear her sigh "yup,also my mom said its ok if i skip this week since its the last week till break". I run downstairs and swing the door open. "HI BABE" I say and bring Caroline into a hug. Caroline giggles and leans in for a kiss.

We stand there kissing for a few minutes until walking upstairs hand in hand. We reach my bedroom and both jump on the bed.

"Im still sleepy" I say and pull Caroline close to my side. She nuzzles her face into my neck "lets go to sleep then". We both drift off to sleep our bodies still entangled.

I wake up and feel Caroline on my chest, still asleep. I lay there listening to her breathing. "I love you" I whisper and kiss the top of her head.

I play with her hair and rub her back, I could stay like this forever. She stays asleep for another hour and I just lay there still playing with her hair.

Her body begins slowly moving and her eyes begin to open. When she looks at me her cheeks turn a bright red. "Um what time is it?" I sit up "only like 6" her eyes widen. "Ive been asleep for too long im so sorry" I laugh at her cuteness"

"Hush"

I grab her hand and get off the bed, "lets go downstairs sleeping beauty".
She blushes again "ok" she squeezes my hand lightly.

We both go downstairs and sit in the living room. I grab the remote and put on netflix. "What do you wanna watch?" i ask Caroline.

She looks at her feet, god shes so cute when she does that. "Umm American horror story is good" she says softly.

"Ok cool i love that show" I see her smile "Saame"

"Ok cool i love that show" Sky says after i told them what i wanted to watch. I smiled at them "Saame" i said dragging out the a.

I cant believe im actually at Sky's house and i cuddled with Sky. I bet they just think im stupid and feel bad for me. Or maybe they actually like me i dont know though.

"Hey er sky" they turn their head to me "yes babe". I play with my fingers "can i have something to drink?" they smile at me and lean over kissing my cheek. "Of course I'll get you a coke" I blush at the kiss and look back at the tv.

I hear sky open the fridge and grab a drink then walk back over to me. They have 2 cans handing me one and keeping the other for their self.

I take a sip of mine and sit it on the table looking over at sky. "You know youre really pretty" I see a bright red form on their cheeks, "Um thanks so are you cutie".

We sit there staring at each other "You know ive never really liked anyone as much as i like you" I say to caroline. I see her cheeks start turning red she looks at her feet "me too not only are you my date mate but you're also my best friend" I chuckle and kiss her cheek.

Suddenly Caroline pulls me into her lap.
